朝ごはん美味しかった
Pros:

部屋は古さはありますが、清掃がきちんと行き届いていて快適でした。私はハウスダストアレルギー持ちで、宿泊するホテルによってはエアコンをつけた直後にくしゃみが止まらなくなるのですが、東和ホテルさんは空調もgoodでした。朝食は和、洋、おかゆを選べる形式で、和食を選択しましたが、たくさんの小鉢に煮物や焼物など色んな食材が入っていて、とっても健康的で、朝食有を選択して良かったと思いました。受付の方の対応も丁寧で感じが良かったです。ありがとうございました。

Cons:

良くなかったという訳ではないのですが、部屋の鍵が昔ながらの鍵です。カードタイプに慣れている人は驚くかもしれません。

また宿泊したくなるホテル
Pros:

スタッフの方の対応がとても良かったです。
お部屋も清潔で、過ごしやすかったです。
繁華街も近くてよかった。食事もボリュームがあり、
美味しいものが沢山出ました。

Pros:

古い施設ではあるけど手入れと改装は十分になされており、全体の印象は全く悪くない。
後はシステムバスはそろそろ新しい方が良いのではないか？
大浴場がないのは仕方がないのでぜひご検討いただければと願う。

Cons:

ツインの禁煙に宿泊しましたが、内装のセンスが如何なものか。

私は大好き
Pros:

とにかくスタッフ皆が親切で感じ良かった。新聞、コーヒーなどサービスも良い。朝ごはんもおいしかった。

Pros:

施設は古いけど清掃がゆき届き清潔でした。タオル、アメニティの配置が使いやすかったです。他にも所々に気配りを感じられて、この宿は優しいなぁって思いました。
朝はロビーの無料コーヒーを飲みながらゆっくり新聞を読めたのも良かったです。

特に思いつかないです。
