Pros:

It was winter so it was great to hagra heated outdoor pool and be able to go back and forth to the thermal bath, either public or private. We needed somewhere for the kids to have fun despite the bad weather.

The room was spacious if a little past its peak and the kids loved the buffet.

Hayri was a very welcoming and helpful member of staff, attentive to our needs and others could learn from him.

Nice hotel in good location
Pros:

Very nice hotel and tasty breakfast. We were there during winter season and room was perfectly warm. Swimming pool with thermal water was clean. I can recommend this hotel.

I would stay here again
Pros:

Very warm and clean rooms. Thermal water in the rooms.

Cons:

The hotel is older and needs updates. The massages were too expensive. There was no water kettle, microwave or stove in the kitchenette to at least make tra or heat food
