Pros:

The 2 ladies at the reception are very nice, very welcoming, very helpful, and amazing service! The location is like a 5-minute walk to Jame' El Fenna. The price is cheap! Perfect place if you are going there for a few nights. The AC is a life saver the TV works though you don't have much options. The bathroom is spacious and water pressure is very good. All in all considering price and location I had a good stay in a single room not much to complain about

Cons:

The arrangement of the place is strange to say the least. I had an overall nice stay for 2 nights, but it needs improvements, small ones that would make it better. The bed is comfortable but the sheets had old stains or something and the pillows weren't 100% clean in my opinion. The bedsheet had a whole in it . The power plug next to the bed was broken yet functional. To close the curtains, they need to go over the bed or the bed has to be moved a little bit. What I found to be very inconvenient, to my surprise, there were no hangers in the bathroom, no place to put anything there, not even the shampoo or the soap!
Like you go there and you are on your own and you can't put the shampoo or towel or your clothes anywhere! The shower space is great! But there is no shower curtain to contain the water so investing 2-4 euros for a hanger and a thing to put soap and shampoo on would be a huge improvement. Also I think that one small soap is not enough but they gave me extra when asked. The room's floor is a bit sticky and some strange odor came from the bathroom which I could block by closing the door. But all in all it was good.

Verschrikkelijk veel lawaai, de hele nacht door. Zelfs met oordoppen was het moeilijk om te kunnen slapen

Hotel proche de la place avec beaucoup de bruit de la route surtout La Nuit!!

L'emplacement.

Cons:

* Pas de draps qui sont prévus dans la réservation et oubliés d'être déposé sur les lits.
* La canalisation du lavabo qui fuit sur le sol de la salle de bain, après la réclamation j'ai reçu des serviettes à mettre sur le sol comme solution !
* Des fissures sur les murs et le plafond.
* Isolation phonique.
