The place is huge and suitable for family. Location is excellent near intercity bus terminal, near major attractions and convenient. Mcdonald and convenient store is walking distance. No need to worry about staircase as it is located at 1st floor especially those with few big luggages
There is no bathtub, english manual for the tv and breakfast only start at 9am. Otherwise i will give perfect score
Location and proximity to attractions was good
Deceitful advertising. It looked like newer hotel but they just remodeled and old place to look like a new place. Suite wasn’t even part of the main building and had to go around to the back where it looked pretty bad. Found two dead giant spiders and they had left two bug killer sprays in the place. Very poor insulation so I could hear the toilet flushing from upstairs unit. Shower was missing a drain cap so the drain pipe was just exposed and was pretty gross. This unit is in the first floor and access was from the outside so felt less safe. Not a hotel but more like a airbnb. Inside was pretty new but there was one area on the ceiling where they had black mold where it I could hear the flushing from upstairs unit. All of us were freaked out about the bugs all night so none of got a very good sleep. We won’t be returning here.

Room was dusty in parts like kitchen and above bed head, shower was missing the drain cover.
Beautiful interior, ample space to move around. Location was good, we mostly hired a driver so did not really had to take public transport. Beds and pillows were comfy, staff friendly. We booked the suite and had ground floor, otherwise I believe there are no lifts.
Breakfast was limited, but we weren't expecting any breakfast so this was a nice bonus.
The single room was slightly noisy as I think there is a residential unit beside us

Sadly, the smell of the Korean sewer system was detectable through the bathroom drains 😩
This accommodation was very cosy and romantic. It was very spacious but bare in mind we had a large two bedroom unit with a full-sized kitchen. The beds are all double-sized beds so may be a bit squishy for two fully grown adults. You get a complementary breakfast.
Bathroom is a bit small.

The design and space, and layout. Great value and location as well. Could comfortably fit our group of 5 except for the bathroom situation
It would have been great if there was one more bathroom for such a large place, sharing 1 between 5 people was quite challenging
