Pros:

It was close to the station

Cons:

The service was slow, even though it was not peak.thw hot water had to be told and requested which was irritating.the tvs too were jot checked before check in..even the bill was not given after several reminders.

koi Pleasant and Comfortable stay !!
Pros:

Beautiful property near Ekta Nagar Railway Station.Rooms are spacious & help-desk was cooperative.Breakfast buffet was satisfactory.Cleanliness & hygiene was thoroughly maintained in and around the hotel premises !!

Ok place for night if not having food there
Pros:

Good view from terrace. Clean rooms. Staff was polite except in the restaurant

Cons:

The food was not up to the mark . For a veg restaurant paneer was non edible. Nan was razor thin and hard as papers

Breakfast seem to be ordered and not preapared in the same hotel. Though the location is good, not very far, but it is in the opposite direction of the statue of Unity considering ektanagar railway station....Overall Good

Value for money stay with great breakfast.
Pros:

All the staff were courteous and helpful. The location of this hotel is close to some good restaurants. Good breakfast at the hotel that felt mild and tasty.

Highly recommend you to stay here if it's within your budget.

Never forget anything when you check out. It will never come back to you.

Cons:

i accidentally left my $150 shirt and my son’s t shirt in the hanger when i checked out. Next day, i called and nobody showed any concern and the guy on the phone said its not here, its gone. Ridiculous.

The staff were very cooperative
Pros:

Breakfast was good, however had it been hot it would have been best. As about the location, the same was bit far from the station, the commutation was the problem as one need to depend on the auto!

Cons:

There is nothing as such, but the water was not draining fast enough while taking the shower. The water was spilling out of the bathroom.

Terrible stay

Cons:

Very poor room services , I ordered tea and cheese sandwich in room they bring cheese sandwich without tomato ketchup when we call they said they gone a send person to bring tomato ketchup but they didn’t and after 1 hour they called and asked anybody bring tomato ketchup for you ? So I said no and they asked do you want now we already throw our cheese sandwich in trash. Next day morning when we went for breakfast 7:30 am there was no hot water for coffee and in tea port we found red ants so many we were went from there and asked for water bottles for room coffee nobody bring water. We checked out without coffee and they charged us for room Rs 7200 for one night only, in room towels quality was very poor. I won’t recommend this hotel to anybody.

Sale mauvais accueil

Cons:

L’accueil du soir était très mal, le lit n’était pas propre, les draps n’étaient pas propre, il y avait une drôle d’odeur dans toute la chambre toute la nuit. L’isolation était nulle. Les serviettes de toilette étaient sales. Je suis arrivé à 0h30 à l’hôtel, j’ai dû faire changer mes draps même après ceux-là c’était sale.
