Pros:

The staff was very friendly, kind and accommodating. The room was spacious, clean quiet.It's a 5 mins easy walk to the Onyang springs train station. Plenty of convenient stores near by and the food shopping market all within a short walk from the hotel.

Very good hotel with great facilities
Pros:

The room and it's bathroom were very spacious, clean and quiet, with a very comfortable bed. There were even some unexpected and nice details as lots of toiletries, slippers and a bathrobe. The check-in was really fast and the staff was firendly.

Cons:

The breakfast options are limited.

기본적인 서비스가 안 잡혀있는 호텔, 대처미흡
Pros:

온양지역이 온천수가 나와서 욕조에 온천수 받아서 반신욕을 할 수있다는게 제일 큰 장점임.

2일차일정중 날씨가 너무 더워 나가기직전까지 에어컨 틀어놓고 중문을 닫고 일행과 외출➡️돌아와보니 중문이 활짝 열려있길래 로비로 내려가서 중문이 열려있는데 청소하러 들어오신거냐 여쭤봄➡️로비엔 총 3분? 계셨음. 처음엔 사장님으로 보이신분이 청소하러 들어오셨다고함➡️근데 나중엔 화장실 조명 중 하나가 망가져서 교체하러 들어간건데 조명을 오발주하는 바람에 교체 못하고 그냥 나왔다고 함➡️그도 그럴게 청소를 하러 들어오셨다라기엔 쓰레기통도 하나도 안 비워져있고 청소가 아예 안되어있던 상황이었음➡️그래서 청소는 우리가 원할때 해주시는거 아니냐 여쭤봄➡️여기 호텔은 고객이 말안해도 청소를 그날그날해준다고 말씀해주심. 그러니까 청소하는걸 원하지않으면 우리가 요청을 해야됨➡️그때 당시엔 그러려니했는데 생각하면 생각할수록 이해가 안되었음. 보통 조명이 나가도 고객이 입실하기전이나 퇴실하기전에 수리하지않음? 숙박중인데 굳이…? 수리를…? 일행과 얘기하다가 너무 이해가 안가서 다시 내려가서 조명이 언제 망가진건지 여쭤봄. 우리가 입실하기전에 망가졌다고 함. 그래서 신경 좀 써달라고 말씀드렸는데 그냥 네. 한마디만 하시고 마셨음.

그날 이후로 우리가 못 본걸수도 있는데 2일차까지 꼬박 보이셨던 사장님이랑 다른분은 저 일 있고난후로 퇴실때까지 보이지않으셨고 네 한마디만 말씀하신 분이 퇴실때까지 계셨음.

환불을 원하는것도 아니고 그냥 신경 좀 써달라. 여기 숙박업손데 이런건 좀 신경 써주셔야되는거 아니냐. 조심좀 해달라한건데 돌아온건 네. 한마디와 어쩌라는듯한 반응이었음.

안 그래도 일행과 본인 둘다 여성이고 호텔 관계자분들은 남자분들이신데 추후에 이런일이 발생한다면 또 똑같이 대응을 하실건지…? 궁금함.

숙박업소마다 시스템이 다르겠지만 보통 청소를 원하면 고객이 요청할때 청소서비스를 해주지않는지? ➡️ 이것도 이상한게 입실때 전혀 설명받은게 없음 설명받은건 욕조 수전 사용방법만 들었음.

여기만 그런건지 몰라도 정말 고객이 룸에서 지내고있을때 수리를 하러 들어오시나요? 저희한테 연락 한통도 안 주시고요? 룸에 있었던것도 아니고 외출중이었는데 막말로 고객이 없을때 거기서 뭘할지 알고요…
