Pros:

Todo sensacional. Limpio, bonita decoración, silencio, buen aire acondcionado, cuarto de baño amplio, plato de ducha...

Supongo que pore temas fiscales no les interesa aumentar la categoria oficial. De lo contrario, no lo entiendo.

Cons:

Lo unico: el ascensor es el más lento del planeta.
Aunque no es necesario realmente.
