L'emplacement était magnifique proche de tout, transports (metro,tramway, bus), magasins, restaurants, les bureaux de change.
Le petit déjeuner pas mal par rapport le prix.

The rooms are not as clean as they should be, the cleaning services are bad, and most of the rooms do not have views, and the door of my room does not close even when I am outside the room, and there is no water heater for tea and coffee inside the rooms, but only at the reception and the restaurant.....

Some of the staff very rude exactly mainly morning staff. The cleaners don’t change bed sheets they just flip them over.
it is very noisy and dirty.
Everything was bad everything.
We are very dissapointed
