Las fotos no son reales, tenían muy poco personal, la barra siempre vacía, nunca nos ofrecieron algún alimento, la tv constantemente se desconectaba de la red, no contaba con caja de seguridad, toda la semana estuvieron arreglando el hotel y hacía que se viera sucio

Habitacion super linpia y comoda. Cero ruidos por la noche. Muy agradable para descansar. Cercania a la laguna y lugares de interes. Personal muy amable

Die Zimmer waren grundsätzlich recht sauber.

Cons:

Das ganze Hotel war eine Baustelle, zusätzlich die Betten hart wie Stein und das Bettlaken ein Witz. Einen Föhn gab es leider auch nicht. Wie würde es daher definitiv nicht weiterempfehlen.

Fijn en schoon hotel!
Pros:

Mooie, schone en ruime kamer! Heerlijk ruikende handdoeken. Zwembad is niet heel groot maar heerlijk om einde van de middag aan te liggen in de hangmat.
Ontbijt is a la carte en is prima. Personeel aardig.
Geen föhn op de kamer maar kan je ophalen bij de receptie net als een strijkbout o.i.d.

Spacious and friendly staff

The hotel feels quite new, the rooms are spacious, it's quiet, and the staff is very friendly.

Cons:

The only hiccup during the stay was the Wi-Fi, which unfortunately wasn't working at all for our entire visit. We also experienced a power and water outage due to a storm, which was an inconvenience, though we understand that it was out of the hotel's control.
