No cafeteria in the hotel, nearest restaurant is 1.5-2 km away. no arrangement for Tea in the room
I booked this hotels for 11 and 12th March 1 month before but when I went to the property they denied my check in inspite of confirmation mail message even what's app message which I got same day in morning,.
Its very unfortunate and disgusting experience for me it's wedding season in varanasi so I got lot of trouble arranging accommodation for me.
As I guess I booked long back so got the room for less price but it was in high demand because of wedding season so they must have given some one on higher price,

Property is too good , location was.nice and great amenities
first it was like we can reserve accomodation without any payment . Later it directed to pay some amount. Finally we didnot stay but still getting lot of emails on feedback.
