Pros:

Lindo Hotel de madera, todo estuvo excelente, desde la comida, instalaciones muy limpias inclusive, el WIFI era de excelente velocidad en toda la propiedad, desde ya, siempre será mi lugar de destino en Canoa

Espectacular ubicación, la playa sola y privada permiten un descanso tranquilo en las cómodas hamacas que dispone el hotel en las cobachas, siempre hay un fire pit armado para fogatas, se agradece la piscina temperada así como su cascada e hidromasajeadores, los desayunos son muy buenos y la comida en general muy rica, recomendado el ceviche marinero, el staff siempre amable y dispuesto a ayudar y la limpieza estuvo 10/10

En general el hotel y sus instalaciones son agradables, tiene mucho potencial, pero podría ser mejor.

Cons:

Aunque las personas que nos atendieron hacen su trabajo, creo que no son especializados en servicio al cliente, creo que su actitud podría ser mejor, se nota responsabilidad, pero su rostro refleja un poco de aburrimiento y poca amabilidad, más bien cuando uno les hace preguntas y abre la conversación, se nota que son buenas personas y trabajadoras, pero debería ser al revés desde el primer momento mostrar amabilidad a los que llegamos a hospedarnos.
Quisimos almorzar un día en el hotel pero indicaron que no podían.
También falta un poco de meticulosidad en la limpieza, debajo de las camas de una de las habitaciones, estaban sucias y me encontré una cucaracha en el mueble del lavamanos, así como varios vichos que aparecián sobre todo en el baño, una fumigada orgánica a las habitación y una revisada meticulosa sería importante antes que lleguen los huespedes.
Insisto creo que el hotel es en general agradable pero podría ser mejor para considerar regresar y/o recomendar.
Y tampoco es ir contra las personas que trabajan ahí, parecen buenas personas, pero una capacitación de servicio al cliente le caería muy bien y asegurarse de la limpieza absoluta de las habitaciones

Llegamos al lugar con la confirmación de reserva enviada a nuestro correo, pero ya cuando llegamos y bajamos las maletas,nos informaron que habían cancelado la reserva y que trataron de contactarse con nosotros pero nunca recibimos ni mensajes,ni llamadas. El señor me dijo que también me escribieron por la app y revisé y no era verdad, no teníamos ningún mensaje; nuestra habitación se la dieron a alguien más que llegó antes que nosotros y nos dejaron a la deriva, tuvimos que buscar otro lugar a las 6 de la tarde que llegamos. No me parece.

Peaceful, relaxing, and an excellent way to recharge and get a break from the city.
Pros:

The staff were very friendly and the location was beautiful and tranquil. I knew it was going to be a bit of a walk to get to town, and that was fine as the walk was stunning! Nice pool and delicious breakfast.

Cons:

The restaurant closed at 5pm on weekdays, and I did not realize that. Everything else was phenomenal!

I stayed for 3 nights. Never staying in an Ecuador hotel for more than one night before, I was surprised the room was not cleaned during my stay. The room was comfortable and was clean when I arrived. Only complementary items were 2 shower creams. No soap which was maybe an oversight. WiFi was good throughout the property. The pool could have perhaps had depths shown at each end. A nice stay in a good budget hotel with very pleasant staff
