Please note that the Standard Twin Room doesn’t have windows.Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.

Pros:

Als locatie zit je goed, op loopafstand van Jonker street. Net hotel, Prima, maar niet zo uitgebreid ontbijt, maar maken een lekker omelet voor je. Prima parkeer gelegenheid.

Cons:

Koelkastje was defect, werd keurig vervangen. Beetje vreemd was, dat er een zithoek is met een mooie bank, maar dan kun je de tv niet bekijken, deze is alleen vanuit bed te kijken...

Pros:

What I like about this hotel is how comfortable and welcoming it feels. The rooms are clean, spacious, and well designed, making it easy to relax after a long day. The location is convenient, close to food spots and attractions, which makes getting around very easy. Overall, it gives a perfect balance of comfort, convenience, and good service.

Paid for Superior Family Suite but given a room with much differences from pics shown in Booking.com
Pros:

Location is good, walking distance to eating places / tourist spots .
Parking is FOC for hotel guests but subject to availability.

Cons:

The pictures shown by Booking.com (upon confirmed booking) are very much nicer than the actual room given.

The picture shown a much nicer look (Superior Family Suite: with much larger room & the bathroom attached with window) compared to the actual room (Looked like Superior Room: smaller /without window attached in the bathroom).
The room looks quite run down (eg. wall paint looks old with stains/crack); wardrobe with 1 door missing & the light of the wardrobe is not working.
Walking path to the car park from hotel entrance is quite dark at night.
The pictures shown in the website of Booking.com are nice & very bright, however, the lighting of the lifts/corridors /room is a bit dim in general.

Facilities are not up to standard: safe box is not ready for use (locked), need to get it fixed for about 30 mins by the hotel staff; the access cards are not working well and need to be re-programmed at times, floor level is not really flat from the bathroom (bathroom entrance is unevenly lower) and I almost fell when "accidentally kicked" at the "higher edge" while walking out from the bath room.

Window is directly facing other hotel rooms which are too close (less than 5 feet away, ie. no chance to view outside from our window as it is completely blocked by a piece of "great wall") ; the rooms are not sound-proof at all as we can hear conversations / noise ( eg. children yelling/ playing in bathroom) from the opposite side.
