Apart Hotel Larabi

Staff were not friendly. They don’t know English. The room very not clean. I felt the pillow cases were not washed before. I ordered this hotel seeing they got pool. But there was not water in the pool. I was totally disappointed. And it was refundable. Also there was a leaking in the toilet . I saw staff using towels to mop the toilet floor . Which were provided for guests. I felt it disgusting. I booked it for 5 nights. I got upstairs room first with no WiFi signal. When I reported it to staff they were rude, later changed to a small room . Not worth the money.

Unser Zimmer war schmutzig, die Wände im unteren Bereich nass und schimmelig. Die Handtücher rochen nach Qualm vom Grill.

Casi todo. Nada más llegar nos dieron una habitación distinta y de menor calidad a la que había reservado. A pesar de solicitar el cambio, después de mucha espera me dijeron que no, que el error era de booking.com y que ellos no atendían a lo que yo había reservado.
La habitación horrible, muy sucia y descuidada, el baño tercermundista, sucio, maloliente y se encharcaba todo el suelo porque había fuga de agua desde la ducha . Había ruido de los aires acondicionado de todas las habitaciones contiguas. No había insonorizacion porque no encajaba ninguna puerta.
Una miniatura de ascensor. 2 personas y una maleta era suficiente peso para que no funcionara, además se atascada en la tercera planta y se paraba.
El desayuno normalito pero improvisaban una pequeña sala que de noche era una sala para ver la tv. y por la mañana añadían mesas y sillas según aparecían los clientes, llegando incluso algunos a desayunar delante del mostrador de recepción.
Mayoría de clientes musulmanes con costumbres y formalidades muy dispares a occidente.
Un desastre como alojamiento y creo que booking.com debería cuidar y vigilar que lo que ofrece en su página web se cumpla y sancionar de alguna manera a aquellos que no lo hagan.
A pesar que en Marruecos las categorías de los alojamientos no tienen correlación con Europa, ya se sabe, este en concreto no volvería jamás.

We searched for hotels that accepted dogs, according to the booking page this hotel did. We also wrote in a message that we were coming with a dog. We were allowed to check in. We went up. There were no towels or shower shampoo as it said they would be. When we went out and came back the hotel owner was upset that we had a dog with us and did not want us there. The excuse was allergies while they use thick blankets and not duvets with duvet covers. But they were the ones who made a mistake and we were allowed to stay there overnight.

Tous. Propreté, bruit boîte de nuit, pas de chauffage et serviettes rien!!!

Cleanness was not there.

È stato difficile da trovare perché su Maps se si mettono le coordinate porta infondo alla via, ma se si cerca il nome dell'hotel la posizione è perfetta e c'è anche un grand cartello sul palazzo.
La sera è abbastanza tranquillo ma si sente in sottofondo la musica della discoteca al piano sottostante.
