الموقع قريب من بحيرة اوزغول وقريب من السوبر ماركت ومن المسجد والصرافات

Cons:

الشقة التي حجزتها مكتوب في موقعكم ان مساحتها 60 متر مربع وانا اتحدى اي واحد في بوكينق ان مساحتها 60 متر لو اي واحد يطلع معي من مسؤلين بوكينق إلى اوزنغول ونقيس مساحة الشقة اللي حجزتها مستحيل مستحيل تطلع 60 متر مربع واعتقد الفرق في المساحة كبير وانا اطلب من بوكينق تعويض

القرب من البحيرة والقرب من أماكن الخدمات مثل الكافيهات والمطاعم وحسن تعامل الموظف

المكان غير نظيف ويوجد سرير فقط مزدوج رغم ان الشقه ل اربع أشخاص والاريكه الموجوده هي كنب وليست أريكه ولا يمكن استخدامها مكان للنوم والمفارش غير نظيفه ولايوجد عازل صوت وفي الليل ازعاج وجدال ولايوجد مكيف ودورة المياه غير جيده

The location

Cons:

I left the property one day earlier and need to cancel staying for this day because of what we had to go through.
The heating system is not working , hot water is not always available , and the rooms are freezer cold . The heaters they brought are half working , and the other one is not working.
The blankets were old but worm, there were some mosquito in the bathroom, and that's expected in such an area, shower is broken and was fixed to lower level so when you want to take shower you have to sit.
We truly suffered during our first night in the place.
I tried to solve the issue with suleiman (the translator), but his reply was that what we offered is the best we can give, and cancelation is not an option since the money is already held by Booking.com so I contacted them directly.
