De douche was hard en heet. Heel fijn.

Cons:

Almost everything. The food special breakfast was ready so bad. Never in 50 years so bad experience . The hotel is very old. The beds are terrible. The location is like you are in prison.

Boa. O corredor que leva ao restaurante com muito cheiro de mofo assim como o elevador.
Pros:

A tapioca fez sucesso, porém a fila era desanimadora. Poderia ter 2 pessoas fazendo as tapiocas.

Cons:

Como estava cheio, não consegui nem 1 pão de queijo pois não sobrava quando era servido.
Achei poucas as opções de frutas. Os bolos também não estavam tão bons.

Do time das brincas kids. Minha filha amou. São muito cuidados e atenciosos com as crianças.

Cons:

Não fui informada do time kids na chegada. Fique sabendo 2 dias depois. Comunicação péssima sobre isso. A TV do meu quarto n funcionou a internet, acionei a recepção, foi enviado um profissional que não resolveu o problema e na trocou a TV. Pelo valor que peguei era pra ter trocado a TV, meu quarto, mas né satisfação recebi.
