Great stay
Pros:

It’s a great property very clean and spacious
Breakfast was delicious lots of options
The host was very helpful and attentive
Nice mini bar options
Nice free Water, coffee tea making facilities inside the room

Cons:

Bare in mind the location is about 20 mins into main square so up hill be prepared to walk hire a bike or get the local taxis around the area 100.000VND

Cons:

Die Aussicht auf die Bucht wird getrübt von Baustellen, verfallenden Gebäuden und Müll. Kein schöner Ort.
Frühstück spartanisch und nicht lecker.

Pros:

Alojamiento situado a las afueras de Cat Ba ideal si tienes que tomar un barco en el Beo Harbour. Instalaciones correctas y hay servicio de alquiler de motos.

Cons:

Si tienes intención de visitar el pueblo de Cat Ba debes alquilar la moto porque andando esta un poco lejos y es una colina.

Pros:

Excellent staff that would go the extra mile to help. There were a few western breakfast options and cooked fresh. We had a room.with a ocean view that was beautiful. The hotel is a 15-25 minute walk out of town, which we liked to get away from the noise but should be considered.

Sehr schön gelegenes Hotel auf Cat Ba Island mit traumhafter Aussicht
Pros:

Sehr schön gelegenes Hotel mit traumhaftem Ausblick, besonders freundlich und hilfsbereit, gutes Frühstück. Über das Hotel ist eine super Lan-Ha-Bay- Halong-Bay- Bootstour (ganztägig) zu einem günstigen Preis buchbar.
Wir würden sofort wiederkommen und können das Hotel nur weiterempfehlen!

Pros:

La posizione è comodissima al porto dove ci si imbarca per le escursioni. Un po fuori dal centro che si raggiunge con una breve passeggiata.l'host Trung e la sua famiglia sono premurosissimi. Avevamo una camera al sesto piano con vista mare spaziosa e comoda.

Pros:

La ubicación maravillosa. En un sitio muy tranquilo y bonito. Muy buenas vistas al despertarse. El recepcionista muy atento y servicial.

Cons:

Las camas un poco duras y estaria bien una cortina en la ducha para evitar salpicaduras.

We will stay at this hotel again without hesitation
Pros:

Great host, helpful, friendly. We are vegan so he prepared us delicious breakfast, help to arrange national park and ha long bay trip and our way from and to Hanoi. We had the family room at sixth flor with see view.

Pros:

Jolie vue depuis la chambre et envirronement calme

Cons:

Très déçue par Cat Ba. Énorme chantier construction d'une nouvelle ville, en bord de mer ce qui gâche l'ambiance et la vue. Les plages sont loin de l'hôtel, petites à marée basse et bondées apres 16h. Devant l'hôtel jolie baie mais plage sale et inaccessible.

One of the best hotel experiences in Vietnam
Pros:

Staff went out of their way to be helpful to non Vietnamese speaker. Trung Bui very helpful in getting me the most out if my exploration of Cat Ba, I would highly recommend to other foreigners.

Cons:

Was a little road noise beeping horns in very early morning

Great location and an amazing host
Pros:

A great location - close to the harbour and away from the new construction sites. We had a lovely view from our window. Very good value for money.
The host was amazing - he was so kind and helpful. He organised a fantastic boat trip for us and took care of our travel arrangements back to Hanoi. I would definitely recommend.

Pros:

L'hôtel est situé près du port et du village de pêcheurs flottant. Ils mettent à disposition des scooters pour 120.000 dongs.Ce qui est parfait pour aller en ville.

Cons:

Le lit est un peu dur, mais c'est souvent comme ça au Vietnam. Comme le bruit à partir de 5h du matin.

Highly recommend this boutique hotel with welcoming staff and a warm vibe.
Pros:

The friendliest and most welcoming, helpful staff. Felt very at home there. Helped us get taxis and book tours. Had laundry service as well. Room was clean and had enough room for our family of four. We had the most beautiful view of the bay.
