Cons:

The hotel room.floor was wet. I bring the issues to hotel staff, they give reason because rain. The air cond.not Cooling. Room Furnitures all broken conditions. We pay 120.00 for poor hotel simply feel frustrated

I am a frequent traveller and entrepreneur who often stays in hotels worldwide for business and personal trips.
For the first time in my travel history, I am compelled to request Booking.com to review and consider removing this property from your platform due to the following serious issues:

Lack of basic facilities: The hotel does not have a lift. I have a slipped disc and had informed the receptionist, yet I was still assigned a room on the third floor. I eventually had to pay the laundry staff to help carry my luggage upstairs.

The hotel staff, Ms. Thana, appeared visibly upset upon my arrival as I had interrupted her while she was watching a drama on her mobile phone. Her tone and attitude throughout my stay were unprofessional and rude.
I had booked a room with a window as clearly stated in my reservation. However, I was initially given a windowless room. When I raised this issue, Ms. Thana claimed that Booking.com “does not know anything” about the hotel’s operations and insisted I pay an additional RM20 to move to a room with a window — even though that was what I had already booked.

Lack of essential amenities: The room had no kettle or hairdryer. I had to make multiple trips up and down (without a lift) to request these items. I was informed that the hotel has only one shared kettle for all guests, which is unacceptable.

Poor hygiene and comfort: The room had a strong cigarette smell that persisted even after opening the windows. My clothes and hair absorbed the odour, making the two-night stay very unpleasant.

Substandard maintenance: The Wi-Fi connection was extremely slow, and the television stopped working after a short while and could not be restarted.

Disturbing and unethical concern: The most alarming issue was discovering that the room appeared to be wired with a hidden CCTV camera. This is a serious breach of guest privacy and safety and should be immediately investigated by the relevant authorities.

Bad and so poor service..have been paid for 1 night when using location map but no hotel at the location. Called many time the customer service and the property but no one to answer. I've lost my money make payments for 1 night.
