המקום מעולה . כל השאר רע.
Pros:

המיטה היתה בסדר- גדולה ודי נוחה .
בדירה היו גם מטבח , מקרר קטן, מיקרו וכלים ואפשר לבשל שם.
השרות היה בסדר ובסך הכל הקשיבו לנו והשתדלו.
המיקום מעולה.
יחסית היה שקט.

Cons:

החדר הראשון שקיבלנו היה מתחת לכל ביקורת.
היה ריח נורא , החדר קטן עם חלון פצפון ולא יכולנו לאורר.
ביקשנו חדר אחר וקיבלנו חדר גדול יותר עם חלונות
גם שם הריח היה נורא אבל יכולנו לפתוח חלונות לאוורור.
כשחזרנו הביתה והוצאנו את הבגדים מהמזוודה הכל הסריח מריח החדר והיינו צריכים לכבס הכל- גם מה שלא השמשנו בו.
שקע המזגן היה בחוץ ומאוד גבוה והטלויזיה לא פעלה.
אל שקע המזגן הצלחנו להגיע ולהפעיל ואיש האחזקה סידר את הטלויזיה.
אומנם היו כבלים מלאים אך בכל אופן כמעט לא הצלחנו לראות כי התקשורת היתה איומה והשידור כל הזמן נפסק.
התאורה במסדרון היתה מקולקלת ודלקה כל הלילה.
אחת הסיבות שרצינו את המקום היה כי היה כתוב שיש חניה אבל בסוף התברר שזה רק ל- 4 מכוניות ואין מקום.
חנינו בחניון של מגדלי האופרה ושילמנו על 20 שעות חניה 240 ש"ח.
בסך הכל מחיר החדר לא גבוה יחסית למקומות אחרים וזה כנראה מה שמקבלים כדי שלא ישחטו אותך במחיר.

Trotz Krieg und 100 Bunkeraufenthalten habe ich mich in diesem Hotel ausgesprochen wohl gefühlt.
Pros:

Perfekte Lage an einem schönen öffentlichen Platz ohne Verkehrslärm.
Rezeption und sonstiges Personal waren kompetent, freundlich, zuvorkommend und zuweilen auch noch unterhaltsam!
Zimmer waren sehr sauber, die Ausstattung hat meine Erwartungen übertroffen. Ein richtiger Kühlschrank mit großem Eisfach zum Beispiel, statt der üblichen in Mini-Bar-Größe.

Cons:

Eigentlich war nur das Wetter nicht perfekt.
