とにかく値段が安い！この値段でちゃんとベットがあるのは嬉しい

Camas cómodas, duchas y baños limpios, con ascensor, habitación amplia suficiente si llevas maleta o mochilas grandes, ubicación conveniente, con toallas y todo lo necesario para las duchas ya incluido.
Además de tener tu propio mini frigorífico en la habitación
No fue un gran inconveniente, pero cabe destacar que las duchas están en la planta baja. Si estás en otra planta tienes que bajar. Pero no es un problema realmente.
Sí que el barrio y la zona parece "menos segura" porque no es el Japón que todos se imaginan, parece un poco más marginal pero no es problemático. Solo se ve gente y locales más humildes
The property is in a good location you have a butcher of convenience stores all around, also a really big shopping mall 15 min walk away. Metro is really close and also the train station to the direct way to the airport. Rooms are tiny but livable as a single person.
One kettle and one microwave for the whole hotel that’s are at the ground floor really inconvenient. After seeing cockroaches in the common area exactly next to the kettle I stopped using it and didn’t feel comfortable even using the microwave.
Location ideal. Very close to stations but no noise. Facilities are clean. Good value for money.
Cheap and spacious
Previously i stayed at the higher floors so noise from neighbouring rooms were negligible. But this time i was assigned the level 1 room, it was noisy af because you can hear footsteps from the outside as well as slamming of the communal shower door at weird hours. All in all, request for a level 2 unit
Limpio, cómodo, cerca de puntos de interes y transporte. Todo en excelente estado y bien mantenido. Muy buena relacion calidad y precio.
Quizás el unico punto a mejorar es que practicamente nunca hay nadie en recepcion. La comunicación es prácticamente nula. Pero nosotros no tuvimos ningun problema.
We were very pleasantly surprised by the room, it was clean and comfortable. There was a TV and the bed was fine. There are toilets on each floor and a bigger shower room downstairs. This was okay, and despite the amount of people sharing I didn't have to wait to use them. The showers were clean, and had hairdryers by the sinks. The location was also good, and close to a station. The value for money was also amazing, which is why I was so pleasantly surprised by the room etc. Generally we were very happy with our stay, and would come back.
Can understand some of the reviews mentioning the location being a bit 'rundown', but this wasn't something that bothered either of us.
Huge tv in the room with streaming which was nice for a movie night after lots of traveling. Rooms are small but have everything you need.
Only complaint was toilets/showers only on main floor so you need to go up/down to use the toilets
