Good value for your money
Pros:

It was very central, staff were great and helpful. The food at the restaurant is also very good.

Cons:

My door to the balcony in my room didn’t have a lock, made me a little uncomfortable.

La ubicación, la atención del personal y la diversidad de los servicios dentro del mismo hotel: Restaurante, bar, snacks, batidos

Cons:

El horario de la piscina (de 7am hasta 6pm) deberían extenderlo hasta las 8pm ya que cuando llegamos de los tours, buscabamos una piscina para refrescarnos

Pros:

El personal es lo mejor, muy atentos y serviciales. Nos dejaron el cuarto decorado por nuestro aniversario con un globo corazón y una cartita muy linda. La tele, la ducha y el aire funcionan muy bien

Cons:

Lo único q es para tener en cuenta que las habitaciones tienen un balcón que está muy cerca de las otras habitaciones, tenés q tener cerradas las cortinas todo el tiempo.

Great location but loud from the street. Excellent food!!!!
Pros:

The property is beautiful my room was very clean and the restaurant is exceptional. Davis my waiter was awesome!!!!! And my sangria was the best I have ever had.

Cons:

I had a room in the main road and it was very loud!!!!!!!

Great Hotel and Location
Pros:

Great location close to all the bars and restaurants so plenty to do on the night. All the tours we did also picked up from this location which was a nice plus. Breakfast is very good and starts early which is good as most of the tours are an early start. You also get a discount for some of the local restaurants if you stay here.

Cons:

The pool is in the restaurant area so more there to view create a nice water feature atmosphere in the restaurant but not really there to use.

Exceptional service from all the staff
Pros:

Breakfast was excellent. Better than most hotel breakfasts.

Not that anything can be done about it, but it would’ve been nice if the pool was a little more private… And not where people are eating can watch you

La Fortuna
Pros:

La ubicación es en el centro, frente a la plaza, Alex y Ali los recepcionistas excelentes Los mozos Ronaldo y David muy atentos, mas allá de estar mi habitación sobre el restaurante no era ruidosa, si cambiaría las cortinas qué fueran mas largas y tapen vien las ventanas ya que amanece a las 5,30 am y la luz en mi caso me despierta, .no habia caja de seguridad y al desayuno agregar mermelada ya que era completo pero faltaba ese detalle para los que solo tomamos café con leche y tostadas

Fun and lots of things to do!!!! Great store inside and make sure you eat at Maria Bonitos!!!!!
Pros:

Convenient location for tours, shuttles and the bus!!!! Wonderful restaurant located inside food is fabulous anytime of day. Very fresh and friendly staff. Cute and quaint

Cons:

If you stay on the front street it is loud from traffic.

Really helpful staff. Check in and out easy and speedy. Room very clean and cleaned beautifully every day.

Right on a very noisy and bright main road- room was very loud with traffic all night and needed curtains shut at all times for any privacy.

Pros:

We appreciated the free cocktail on arrival and the location of the hotel, as it is right in the heart of La Fortuna. The breakfast had a range of options and it was nice to be sat next to the pool (although the pool is quite impractical for swimming as it’s so close to the restaurant).

Cons:

Our room was very small and outdated for the price we paid. We felt that the pictures on booking.com didn’t reflect our experience: the pool and rooms were definitely a lot smaller than the photos showed and it was misleading. There is also very little sound proofing as we could hear the conversation of the people in the room next to us every night. We felt that the reception staff weren’t very helpful as it took us half an hour to try and book a tour. We were sent a document with all the available tours and prices beforehand and these were not honoured. I was told that a 2 hour tour for $35 had changed to $50 for a 1 hour tour so we booked elsewhere.

Saubere Unterkunft mit gutem Essen und zentraler Lage.
Pros:

Die Sauberkeit, die sehr freundlichen Mitarbeiter und das Frühstück.

Cons:

Die Zentrale Lage muss man mögen. Wir hatten leider als Familie ein Zimmer zur Strasse. Das kann recht laut sein.
