La atención de personal
Los baños se desbordan el agua de la regadera. No cuenta con ducha sanitaria
Het personeel is erg vriendelijk, van medewerker aan de balie tot aan de schoonmaakster. Ook het personeel van de bar/restaurant er naast was erg vriendelijk.
Wijn zaten in kamer 7 dat is uitzicht aan de voorkant. Dat was prima alleen er schijnen daar hele vele lichten op het hotel. Nou is dat niet erg maar de gordijnen sluiten niet goed aan. In de badkamer onder de wasbak was nog niet netjes afgesloten.
Tevens waren de dieren ‘s nachts op het dak erg luidruchtig rennen enzo dat je er wakker van wordt en wakker van blijft.

Es war perfekt für 2 Nächte in La Fortuna während der Regenzeit. Alles trocken, sauber und komfortabel. Mit der hauseigenen Weinbar und dem Restaurant war man auch bei Starkregen kulinarisch sehr gut abgesichert.
Te dejan agua de cortesía en la habitación y una bebida en uno de sus bares. El desayuno si hay poca gente es a la carta y sino lo dan tipo buffet. El laundry está bien, 5$ por kilo.
La piscina no tiene para tumbarse y da a un restaurantes por lo que es muy incómodo su uso. La habitación es pequeña al igual que la cama.

AC was running but the room was not cooling. There was lot of vehicle noise as our room was road facing.

The pool is inside, and connected to a restaurant. It's a bit of a fishbowl feeling so I didn't use it.
Es un hotel céntrico, cumple con las habitaciones, el personal muy normal, tienes restaurant abajo
las vistas desde la habitación dan al techo de los restaurant, meterse a la piscina es muy incómodo porque estas a la vista de todos los clientes del restaurant, y el colchon de la habitación no era muy bueno.
Buen desayuno, variado. La ubicación buenisima
La limpieza en la habitacion, puede mejorar.
