Do not stay there.
Pros:

The bathroom was nice and shower was nice.

Cons:

Room it's self was very small. No where to sit besides the bed. Hotel had a fire and had to leave because of fire in room. We were on 5th floor and the hotel wouldn't give us our money back. Smoke from the fire was in our room. No where to park that was close.

Cons:

During a 6 night booked stay, internet service was frequently inaccessible to its full capacity. In less than an hour of checking in notified staff at front desk. He didn’t seem to be compelled to investigate/verify nor rectify. On night 6 internet service in room was completely inaccessible and kept popping up on tv that there was no connection. Due to this issue being present upon my check in I was under the assumption this issue was just specific to my room. When I called down to front desk (different male, with glasses) was a bit unnecessary strong in tone. It was then that I was informed and are there was an issue with the internet within the entire building location. I had to remind him I was not aware prior to to his notification on the phone, also did not receive prior any prior phone, email nor physical posting in location regarding this matter and /or that it was being addressed. Informed him due to the lack of staff communication, in addition to my assumption this was
An issue specific to my room due to taking note of said issue and informing that to the front desk staff immediately. I understand the location of the business and many of the clientele are in and from the Bronx as I Am, but that does not give authorization to treat things such as less than and a 6 night stay is not cheap, so to be inconvenienced during the entire duration of my

Pros:

The property is new, but it is depreciating quickly! However, hotel staff are friendly!

Cons:

It is located in a not-so-good neighbourhood which made us feel a bit unsafe! The smell of weeds are everywhere, inside and outside of the hotel. Cleanliness of the lobby, washrooms, and front yard of the hotel is questionable!
