Originally We booked the cheapest room and found at the hotel that it is at the basement floor which has a very tiny window and we did not like it. So we had to pay extra for the upgrade to the 2nd floor and it is very worth it because we can see the balloon fly from our window’s room!

Pros:

Das Personal ist super nett. Ruhige und dennoch sehr zentrale Lage. Man ist sehr schnell im Zentrum und muss keine Hügel hoch oder runter laufen. Gutes, landestypisches Frühstück.

Cons:

Vom Zimmern im Erdgeschoss schaut man leider nur gegen die Wand des Nachbarhauses, in der Beschreibung war jedoch von Bergblick die Rede. Nicht schlimm aber etwas enttäuschend. Für die meissten anderen Zimmer dürfte es ähnlich sein. Das Zimmer hatte keinen Spiegel ausser im Badezimmer.

Bellissimo hotel, molto accogliente e pulito. Tutti i membri del personale sono super gentili e pronti ad aiutare, un grazie speciale a Abdullah che si è dimostrato molto disponibile sia via chat che dal vivo.
La camera confortevolissima e colazione particolarmente buona.

Gli staff sono fantastici. Sono gentilissimi, é molto molto disponibile. Sopratutto Abdullah ci ha fatto sentire a casa e ci ha dato tanto informazione. Ma non solo lui tutti gli staff sono davvero eccezionali. La colazione é buonissima fatto in casa, la posizione ê in centro. Super!!!

Colazione ottima e varia, staff sempre disponibile e cordiale. Posizione davvero comoda, a pochi minuti a piedi dal centro di Göreme.

Unica piccola nota: durante il soggiorno non è stata effettuata la pulizia della camera.

Great time in Goreme!
Pros:

The staff was really kind: Cuma helped us with the airport shuttle and car rental, taking care of everything very efficiently and with a great attitude. The breakfast was fantastic, with plenty of variety, and the chef Ali was really friendly, he creates a wonderful atmosphere on the terrace, even making sure the music and every detail are perfect. Orcun, the manager, was also super helpful, assisting us in locating a package that had been sent to us and got misplaced. All in all, an amazing team,thank you all!

Cons:

The room was on floor -1 and had very small windows. It was very hot in the room.

В отеле есть прям красивые номера, но нам достался не лучший. Кровати не очень удобные. Персонал молодцы, помогали во всем, оперативно организовали полет на шаре. Красивая терраса с видом на шары тоже присутствует
