Important information:

According to the Brazilian Federal Law 8.069/1990, minors under 18 years old cannot check into hotels unless they are accompanied by their parents or a designated adult. If a minor is accompanied by an adult other than his parents, it is necessary to present a written authorization for the minor to check into the hotel. Such authorization must be notarized and signed by both parents, and presented along with notarized copies of their IDs.

All minors under 18 years old also need to present a valid ID with photo, to prove their identity and that of his/her parents. This must be presented even if a minor is accompanied by his/her parents.

In the case of a minor accompanied by only one of the parents, it is necessary to present a notarized authorization signed by the absent parent, along with a notarized copy of that parent´s ID.Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. O local é perfeito, a estadia maravilhosa.
Local de se conectar com a natureza, o nome do hotel já diz tudo. Perfeito!

Cons:

Alguns olhares de alguns funcionários, não foram todos, mas uns do café da manhã! Me senti desconfortável, não sei se foi porque tenho algumas tatuagens, não sei o motivo. Enfim... Fora isso, tudo maravilhoso!

Piscina limpa, quarto espaçoso, café da manhã maravilhoso.

Cons:

Os hóspedes não conseguem ter acesso a praia, devido a um rio com correnteza e fundo. Fui com minha filha de 6 anos, nós adoramos praia, além da caminhada que gosto de fazer com meu esposo ao amanhecer. Há uma ponte que atravessa o mangue, mas não há uma ponte com acesso à praia. Nas fotos de marketing do hotel, dá a entender o acesso a praia, esse foi um dos motivos do agendamento da reserva. Tivemos que pegar o carro e tomar banho de praia no acesso principal de Ipioca. Não farei outro agendamento, a não ser que seja construído um acesso a praia.

Simplemente la distancia resulta engorroso. Pero con uber se resuelve. A mi personalmente me gustó mucho!!!

Hotel muito isolado de tudo.
Pros:

Da calmaria, precisava descansar e quanto a isso o lugar é bem bom, pois não tem nada nada por perto. Praia é linda, mas sem nenhuma estrutura.

Cons:

Muito isolado, ir sem carro é muito ruim, vc fica refém do hotel, tendo que comer somente nele. Muito longe também do aeroporto. Hotel esta precisando de uma pintura, ar condicionado também muito velho e barulhentos.

Do contato com a natureza, a praia no fundo, o café da manhã muito bom, a área verde muito linda, na região com alguns restaurantes e mercados. Cama muito boa, confortável, a limpeza. Tem estacionamento a vontade .

Cons:

O barulho do ar condicionado, é visível que as instalações hidráulicas precisam de reparo, o chuveiro elétrico estar desregulado, o piso do banheiro, tá solto. Pequenos reparos que são necessários e importantes, mas reforço que não inválido nossa estadia no local, não nos prejudicou essas questões, o contato com a natureza e a beleza do local, e a praia de Ipioca, compensou todo o resto.
