According to the Brazilian Federal Law 8.069/1990, minors under 18 years old cannot check into hotels unless they are accompanied by their parents or a designated adult. If a minor is accompanied by an adult other than his parents, it is necessary to present a written authorization for the minor to check into the hotel. Such authorization must be notarized and signed by both parents, and presented along with notarized copies of their IDs.
All minors under 18 years old also need to present a valid ID with photo, to prove their identity and that of his/her parents. This must be presented even if a minor is accompanied by his/her parents.
In the case of a minor accompanied by only one of the parents, it is necessary to present a notarized authorization signed by the absent parent, along with a notarized copy of that parent´s ID.Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. Apesar da localização, o hotel é péssimo, muito antigo, precisando de um novo dono
que queira investir no ambiente. O hotel tem uma ótima estrutura, mas precisa de uma reforma total. O café é razoável, os funcionários estão fazendo trabalhos triplicados para manter o hotel em pé, mas acredito que deve fechar as portas em breve, isso é se os donos não tomarem providências cabíveis. Iluminação quase zero, cupins por todos os lados, ar condicionado antigo e barulhento, insetos 🐜 🐝 por todo canto, enfim precisa de uma reforma geral. Não voltaria jamais.

Chuveiro não tinha água fria, apenas água muito quente, quase impossível de se banhar.
Ótimo café da manhã, funcionários excelentes e atenciosos, ambientes limpos e ter gente atendendo já é muito hoje em dia !!!
Falta de iluminação no caminho para praia
Gostei do hotel, a vista dos quartos é bem bonita, a piscina é muito boa, o hotel possui acesso à praia! O café da manhã é muito bom também!
O hotel é um pouco antigo, necessitando de algumas manutenções. O quarto em me hospedei estava com ar condicionado vazando bastante água dentro do quarto e o chuveiro sem água quente.

A comida, embora o cafe da manha seja bom, mas o almoço e jantar fica a dever pra o nordeste
A piscina é o ponto chave e os funcionários são bastante gentis.
Café da manhã tem poucas opções, a Tv só pegava um canal, cheiro de mofo e o chuveiro teve algum problema que só funcionava o quente e tá bastante quente.
