Pros:

A particular staff member went above and beyond in helping me locate a small esky during my stay which I mislaid.

Will stay again - close proximity for visits to family .

Pros:

Great location, 10-15 mins from local beaches and popular tourist spots. Very quiet stay, booked for 2 nights and ended up staying 5 haha. Staff were lovely and friendly and accomodating. Close to the Mingara Club next door - has restaurants in there if you want to eat something next door.

Cons:

The pillows were abit thicker than Im used to but otherwise comfortable bed and stay!

The staff are amazing, gym and fitness centre very good. The hotel is new too so very comfortable.
It's nice having the club right there.

Room and bathroom were large and beautifully appointed.
Pros:

Staff were helpful with any requests we had and very friendly. It was within walking distance to Mingara for a choice of dining places and breakfast. Super convenient.
