very clean, nice stay
distance is a little far from center
comfy and beds, clean bathroom, spacious room
very weak wifi, was barely working when sitting by the window.
We didn't stay there. It's still under the construction

A bright, new and exceptionally clean gem in a slightly scruffy but peaceful neighborhood. The courtyard design and simple yet artistic aesthetic of the place was very pleasing to the eye. The owner, who we met the following morning, was very customer oriented, friendly and engaging.
The staff person who greeted us was a little reserved - unusual for a first contact person! The internet was good in the rooms near the front of the motel not so good at the back. I told the owner, who was open to and grateful for the feedback and indicated that he would get that issue fixed. I believe him.
Bed was comfy, was two instead of the 1 we booked
Reception was weird, the don't take card which is fine. Lady doing check in tried to short change us and pocket an additional 10 pesos LOL pretty weird. Rooms were very basic, now where to hang towels or shower items in the washroom. There is a lot of light at night so be weary of that. Also it's right by a big cell tower, if you're EMF sensitive definitely not the place for you
The place is very new and clean. The bed was good. The lady who gave us the key doesn't speak English but was very friendly. AC was working very well.
There is no reception desk, just a person maintaining the rooms, so remember to bring the exact cash.
It's a 30 minutes walk away from the center, so better come with a car.
The common area is still unfinished (looks like they are building a pool there). It's directly next to a radio tower and we occasionally heard some loud electric hum sounds during the night.
The room could get improved a bit (e.g. have a table to put you stuff or a hook on the wall).
It was very nice and clean
