Important information:

From 1st January 2023, a tourist tax of RM 10 per room per night is applied to all foreign guests. This tax is not included in the room rate and must be paid upon check-in. Guests with a valid Malaysian Identity Card or valid permanent residents MY PR Card are exempted.

Heritage Charges (Caj Warisan) will be changed RM10 per room, per day starting 1st January 2025.

Ein eher durschnittliches modernes Urlaubshotel, das weder am Strand liegt noch sonstige Besonderheiten bietet.
Pros:

Von außen ein eher langweiliger, großer Hotelblock, innen gut ausgestattete, moderne Zimmer mit kompletter Ausstattung. Schöner Meerblick (je nach Buchung), vielfältiges Frühstück.

Cons:

Hinter dem Hotel (zur Meerseite) befindet sich eine große Baustelle, die man ab ca. 8.00 Uhr deutlich wahrnimmt (trotz der insgesamt guten Fenster); die Zimmer sind etwas hellhörig. Die Betten sind etwas unbequem, die Kissen zu hart.
Der Frühstücksraum (Restaurant) ist zwar schön eingerichtet, aber er wirkt schnell zu klein. Ab 8:30 Uhr ist er bereits fast überfüllt, sehr laut und wenig einladend.

Worth it!
Pros:

Excellent staff, amenities well provided. Food from from Flora and Fauna was good. Beach nearby and swimmable.

Not value for money, rooms were dirty and sofas had stains..
Pros:

The room was spacious. The staff were nice. I booked the Junior Suite for the view and I guess the view was nice.

Cons:

The room was a bit dirty. The sofas and futons had stain marks on them. They should really invest in a fabric cleaning product. The hotel was 5 mins drive from Cenang Beach, maybe 15-20 mins walk. Overall there is nothing to do except go to the pool

Good facilites, nice staff, but shame about some guests causing a nuisance at the pool.
Pros:

Good range of choices at the breakfast buffet, but the items were sometimes not replaced quickly enough. The cocktails at the pool bar are quite cheap and very nice. All the staff we encountered were very nice.

Cons:

Some guests were diving into the pool and horseplaying, resulting in water being splashed on guests sat on the lounges around the pool. It was very annoying and also dangerous (there are signs saying not to dive!). The staff should have asked those guests to control their behaviour or request them to leave the pool.

Also, our bathroom shower didn't drain properly, so you felt as though you were showering in a lake!

Pros:

Lovely modern hotel. Really nice big room which was extremely comfortable. Big balcony with lovely mountain views. It 15 min walk to good selection of shops and eateries.

Cons:

A few of the staff at reception not overly friendly. The public relations manager was very attentive but I cannot remember her name. Always a long wait for a bucket of ice.

新しくて最高のおもてなし！
Pros:

とても新しく綺麗でした！部屋はホテルアパートメントの2ベッドルームで4人家族でしたので快適でした。リビングにはフルーツが置いてあり、景色も良く最高でした！朝食も良く、ランチもプールサイドで頂きましたが美味しかったです。スタッフも皆さんとても親切でした。ビーチへはカートで連れて行ってくださり、マリンスポーツも楽しめました。

Cons:

Our junior suite is the most corner, it becomes very hot due to direct sunlight. Maybe can consider additional louvres @ tinted glass so tht we can open the curtain & view the sea ☺️
