From 1st January 2023, a tourist tax of RM 10 per room per night is applied to all foreign guests. This tax is not included in the room rate and must be paid upon check-in. Guests with a valid Malaysian Identity Card or valid permanent residents MY PR Card are exempted.
Heritage Charges (Caj Warisan) will be changed RM10 per room, per day starting 1st January 2025.
For Prestigious Events, a charge of RM20 per room, per night will apply during Langkawi International Maritime & Aerospace (LIMA), Le Tour De Langkawi, Ironman, and Oceanman Malaysia

The pool and buggy service to the beach
Cleaning staff frequently forgot towels, bath mat, tv and Internet didn’t work initially, had to call maintenance. Not a big issues at all. But we didn’t get the same level of service, attention to detail that you get in Thailand or Bali.

Aamupala oli oikein hyvä, toki jos on useamman päivän, niin vaihtoehdot ovat melko samoja. Hotelli on oikein siisti ja kaikki toimi hienosti. Hotellin katolla oleva uima-allas oli hyvä ja näkymät terassilta merelle olivat huikeat. Meillä oli oikein onnistunut loma :) Voin suositella tätä hotellia.
Hotellin takana on toisen hotellin rakennustyömaa, joka ainakin tässä kohtaa pilasi näkymän merelle.
The rooftop pool is stunning, especially at night.
The property and rooms are quite modern. Lots of confusion over light switches and which ones did what. In one room we counted 11. At the beginning we had to call maintenance and learnt there master switches in each room which need to be left on as the others won’t work. These are not clearly marked.
The room was amazing—modern, spacious, and offering a stunning sea view with beautiful sunsets. Breakfast was excellent, with a huge variety of options including eggs, curries, fresh fruit, and yoghurt. The hotel is about a 20-minute walk to Pantai Cenang, and they also provide a free golf buggy ride to a nearby beach, which was a great touch. Everything was clean and comfortable throughout our stay. We absolutely loved it!
Everything was good overall, but one area for improvement would be ensuring that room amenities are properly restocked. During our stay, we had to request that the body wash be refilled, which could have been taken care of beforehand.
