From 1st January 2023, a tourist tax of RM 10 per room per night is applied to all foreign guests. This tax is not included in the room rate and must be paid upon check-in. Guests with a valid Malaysian Identity Card or a valid permanent resident MY PR Card are exempted.
Heritage Charges (Caj Warisan) will be changed to RM 10 per room, per day starting 1st January 2025.
For Prestigious Events, a charge of RM 20 per room, per night will apply during Langkawi International Maritime & Aerospace (LIMA), Le Tour De Langkawi, Ironman, and Oceanman Malaysia
The room rate on 31st December 2026 is inclusive of the compulsory New Year’s Eve Countdown Party (per room occupancy basis). Any additional person (adult or child) not included in the room occupancy will be charged separately upon arrival.Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation.

Though I didn’t asked if they have .. but I believe they have someone who can help the visitors out and show the places to visit in the city. Also I recommend to have a free transportation for guest
Beautiful view on the sea. Very welcoming staff. Close to the main shopping areas in Lankawi (10 min drive), which gives you a bit of comfort away from touristic areas, with ease of access. Same day laundry service (if laundry delivered before noon) was very convenient! Good breakfast, combing local and international warm and hot options. When we took off from Lankawi by plane, the hotel seems to be the tallest building in the city!

La vue de la chambre et de la piscine était magnifique. Les chambres sont belles et spacieuses. L’hôtel est bien situé (pas très loin de Cenang).
Trop de monde au petit déjeuné.

The staff couldn’t help with room service and ended up ordering from a restaurant within the hotel to deliver to the room..

Location
The check in process and the time it took to allocate the apartment, over an hour to check in. The room wasnt ready, even though the property had enquired about my arrival time a day before my arrival. The apartment allocated vs what was shown during booking was slightly different.
Bathroom fitting (faucet) in the 2nd bathroom was lose and the basin had water clogging issue.
One of the light in the master bedroom and the strip light of the kitchen island was faulty.

В номере нету пульта от телевизора, просили не дали, ужин ужасный, не бронируйте, отель не стоит денег которые просит не бронируйте. Мы пожалели много раз.
