Important information:

From 1st January 2023, a tourist tax of RM 10 per room per night is applied to all foreign guests. This tax is not included in the room rate and must be paid upon check-in. Guests with a valid Malaysian Identity Card or valid permanent residents MY PR Card are exempted.

Heritage Charges (Caj Warisan) will be changed RM10 per room, per day starting 1st January 2025.

Did a stay at Riyaz for 4 nights together with my now fiancée and we initially booked the junior suite with sea view, but when we checked in, we realized we have been upgraded to their highest level suite.
First of all, when we arrived, even though it was early, they allowed us to check in around 2 hours before the advertised time!
During our stay I accidentally broke a lamp and their whole staff - from housekeeping to front of house were so helpful, even took care of my injured arm.
The hotel is amazing value, the rooms are beautiful and the views are to die for!!
Please ignore any negative comments from negative people, this is a must for your stay in Langkawi, the food was lovely as well and the variety…well we spent 5 days and didn’t repeat the same breakfast so that speaks volumes.
Thank you Riyaz for making our stay one to remember and for your endless kindness!

Fajny hotel, usytuowany troch z boku ale za to jest cicho. Na przeciwko sporo restauracji, nie tanich barów. Basen na dach z pięknymi widokami jest świetny.

The hotel is in a good condition. The rooms are new and the bed is very comfortable. The internet is very fast. It has a gym on the top floor with a great viewpoint. The fitness equipment is relatively new. The rooftop pool is definitely the highlight of the hotel. It has a restaurant and a bar, and the view is great.

Cons:

The only negative point is that the staff at the pool are very slow and orders are constantly forgotten. Communication is also difficult as their English is not that good. You had to order drinks directly at the bar, otherwise no one would come to take your order.

Superschön designtes Hotel in Strandnähe!
Pros:

Tolles Hotel mit superschöner Einrichtung. Das Frühstücksbuffet ist grandios. Unser Appartemt war superschick, bequeme Betten ... echt toll.

Cons:

Der Pool inkl. Liegen ist für die Größe des Hotels etwas zu klein. Dadurch werden auch die Bar- bzw. Restaurantsitze im Poolbereich von vielen Gästen als Tagesliege okkupiert ... gehen diese dann endlich mal, hinterlassen sie nasse Sitzflächen.

Pros:

Très grand hotel situé dans la partie sud de la plage plus calme. A environ 15 mn de voiture de l'aéroport et 5 mn de voiture du centre ville animé faisable aussi à pieds mais il y a quelques restaurants devant.
Belle piscine sur le toit.
Hotel confortable de bon standing.
Partie de plage "privée" avec distribution de serviettes pour les résidents de l'hôtel ainsi que activités nautiques payantes ouvertes à tous.

Cons:

Petit déjeuner à 19 euros (88 Rm) le buffet c'est exorbitant pour le pays. Restaurants de l'hôtel très peu actifs ? Un restaurant à 500 m sur la droite œuvre à 8h pour le breakfast.
Pantai Cenang est là station animée de l'île donc même si cette partie de la plage est plus calme et plus haut de gamme, la plage est soumises aux bruits des jetski et des parachutes ascensionnel etc... L'eau est trouble donc pas de snorkeling possible ici.
J'aurais apprécié que les activités de l'hôtel soient expliquées dans un book mis à disposition dans la chambre ou que l'on ait pris 5 mn pour tout m'expliquer lors du check in, j'ai tout découvert tout seul , nous sommes arrivés à 20h30.

Super Hotel
Pros:

Truly a stunning hotel, especially the rooftop pool and bar area. Location just a short walk from the beach or use the Hotel shuttle. Lovely room with a view of the sea, but also unfortunately the construction site nearby. Great breakfast selection. Lots of good nearby restaurants. Good hot showers and very comfortable bed and pillows.

Cons:

Everything was spotless except for stains on the corridor carpets. Would not take much to clean these.

Un hotel bien équipé, bien managé, bien placé !!
Pros:

La chambre était spacieuse et un joli plateau de bienvenue à notre arrivée. bien placé, et pas mal de restaurants à proximité.
la piscine est très agréable et le petit déjeuner à la perfection.

Cons:

la chambre donnait sur un chantier en cours juste devant l'hotel. l'hotel n'y est pour rien évidemment.
