Cleaning is not good at the rooms. I found hair and dirty in the toillete. The facilities and stuff are very nice

I liked that it was quiet and cosy, absolutely great and friendly staff, comfy room, good breakfast, great promenade next to hotel.

Cons:

In description was written that there is a smart TV, but in reality there is only option YouTube and for that needed to pay additional money, even for listening a radio - needed to pay. So in TV for free - just a local channels. The bottle of water was only when checked in, they didn’t added a new bottle after cleaning (I think it’s a bare minimum), they didn’t fill a coffee and a tea bag also. At the gym the AC didn’t worked, so running was terrible, felt like in sauna. Otherwise good hotel but with a small things that need to be improve.

We're mistreating customers in the name of saving money.

breakfast was very good. The staff are trying their best to help.

Except for the breakfast, I cannot recommend this hotel at all.
During our stay in rooms 101 and 103 from January 27th to 29th, we faced serious issues. Every evening, we returned at 7:00 PM to find the AC blowing cold air. I tried calling reception 10 times, but it was always busy. I had to go downstairs myself, only to be told that the AC was 'preset' and wouldn't heat. The problem wasn't resolved until 9:00 PM, and the same thing happened every single night. If you want to stay healthy, avoid this hotel in the winter.
Furthermore, the housekeeping was unacceptable. Although the rooms were supposedly 'cleaned' for three days, the floors were never swept or mopped. The same dust and dirt remained throughout our stay. As a tourism professional of 35 years, I have never encountered such poor management and lack of basic hygiene.

Cons:

The narrow entrance and exit when you come by car. The step you have to take with your luggage in order to enter the hotel when you come from the left side. The high prices for coffee at the bar. The average breakfast buffet. The switches not working properly (room 205). Small room.
