Very nice place to stay. Staff are very friendly. I will be stay there again in the future

Cleaning every day. The people here are very nice. I love the pool.
Its a quiet, peaceful , clean place.
I didnt expect it, because the price is so cheap.

I will always come back to this hotel

Worst experience ever, I had to check out on my first night and booked another hotel. I did not even spend the night.
No hot water, broken toilet, door handle was broken, no towels had to request for one, the room smells like a damp wet mess.
I tried to request for a refund but process was unbelievably awful.

Good location, rooms were a bit grim but otherwise fine!

Billigt meget slidt Hotel, det virker som om at Personaket lever der mere end Gæsterne gør, de er stærk belastende, sætter sig konstant ned blandt gæsterme, vil have penge og Support til deres Familier, flere gange måtte jeg sætte mig ud i solen, da jeg vidste de ville være i Skyggen
Stedet er et meget slidt Paradis og Billigt, så vil trods alt sige Value for Money, og gåafstand fra lækker strand, som gode Gå stier til de omkringliggende Bugter

A few surprises came with this hotel. The AC is an additional charge, the ceiling over the toilet was leaking so much I thought the roof would cave in and the tv never worked the entire stay. They pacify you with, "we'll fix it" and never come back. Other than that, the stay was just ok. The cat is friendly. The cat gets 5 stars

Buenos días, en general la relación calidad precio esta bien el sitio es bonito y esta cerca de la playa tiene una buena piscina, nada que objetar con las instalaciones, si quisiera comentar una situación que desmerece mucho a todo lo antes expuesto, después de mas de catorce horas de viaje llego al hotel con mis padres el día 16 de Marzo a las 03,20. mis padres llevaban una semana alojados, en la recepción me proporcionan una habitación en un edificio distinto al que se alojan mis padres, pedimos que me alojen en el mismo modulo donde se encuentran mis padres, el recepcionista se niega argumentando que mi reserva es inferior a las habitaciones solicitadas, esto no es cierto la reserva es por una habitación Confort que es lo máximo que ofrece este hotel en ese momento coge una llave y nos enseña una habitación contigua a la nuestra que horas antes dejaban unas amigas, bien todo correcto salvo que nos apunta en un papel que le paguemos en efectivo 50€ por el cambio de habitación, (Extorsión) el recepcionista no atiende a razones enseñándole la reserva y viendo la copia que el tenia,Habitación CONFORT adjunto foto con la reserva. Este tipo de personas dan una pésima imagen del establecimiento,espero que solucionen porque las instalaciones no lo merecen ademas de ser una pésima imagen para este establecimiento.

This hotel can be likened to Fawlty Towers! Although the staff try to do their best and the majority are friendly, there is a lack of effective management to keep it ticking over successfully. Otherwise nice to be in a good location with easy access to the beach. Absolutely no sense of urgency but this is The Gambia.

Hotel básico. Relación calidad/precio aceptable. Las habitaciones confort son agradables, aunque le faltan algo de mantenimiento. El servicio es lo mejor, además de estar bien situado.
Otra ventaja es que es de los pocos hoteles que cuenta con turismo nacional, por lo que estableces algo de contacto con los gambianos y no solo ves "guiris" o "tubas", como nosotros.

Flashing lights in hallway my entire stay. I had to tell them to fix electric issue in the room twice. On final day i extended to 1 more day. The receptionist started lecturing me about ac, how many people in room, etc. The guy have this ugly smirk on his face. Very disrespectful guy. Hes not welcoming atleast to me. I wont return.bynch of people running around as if its there home. Totally unprofessional. Big up the people on the property who showed me respect.
