Pros:

Très bon accueil.
Chambre immense, bien meublée, petit réfrigérateur avec côté glaçons.
Literie king size de très haute qualité. Salle de bain avec une douche immense.
Nous avons eu une chambre côte rue très animée mais les fenêtres sont bien insonorisées.
Bouilloire, sticks café et sucre, sachets de thé. Petite bouteille d’eau.

Cons:

Les fenêtres méritent de vrais rideaux larges.
Du shampoing et savon
Ceux qui étaient mis avaient servis , moitié des flacons

Das Hotel liegt eigentlich ganz gut das Zimmer war groß genug wie auch das Badezimmer. Lichtwar ausreichend. Das Frühstück ist mal etwas anderes aber ok gewesen

Cons:

Kein Personal aber auch wirklich niemand sprach Englisch.
Wie kann man im Hotelgewerbe arbeiten ohne Sprachkenntnisse?
Das Wifi war ebenfalls sehr schlecht. Für Türken egal aber für Ausländer wegen der Roaming Gebühren wichtig.

Отвратительный отель даже на одну ночь! У нас был улучшенный номер. Жуткая грязь! Душ отваливался, очень грязно, неудобный матрац и подушки.

Є зауваження, але в решті решт дякую за відпочинок в спеку в приємній прохолодній та можливість прийняти душ.
Pros:

Чистий, просторий номер кімнати. Чиста біла білизна та рушники. Наявність техніки (кондиціонер, холодильник, електричний чайник, фен). Цілодобовий check-in. Смачний сніданок.

Cons:

Місцерозташування в центрі, то ж до 24:00 ночі гучна музика з площі та ресторанів не давала спати з маленькою дитиною. Постійно проблеми з WiFi. В перший же момент ручка від ванної кімнати відвалилася та залишилася в руці.

Disappointing
Pros:

The breakfast was sort of good and is consisted of the following: some plates with different types of food served to you to try a bit from each.

Cons:

1. From the beginning of our stay till departure there was no internet access even though it was promised a technician to resolve it. 2. They don’t have blankets and rather the cover lies directly on the sheets with it being harsh and not suitable for covering during sleep. Another pair of sheets was requested as a blanket ( the same you sleep on). 3. There was a smell of cigarettes in the room upon our arrival. 4. There are no hangers in the bathroom for multiple towels. 5. The rooms are facing either the road or sidewalk, with the sidewalk facing the wall of another building. We had our deluxe room facing the road with a gas station being like 30 meters from the window (the hotel is facing a gas station and I believe for safety reasons it should not be that close). As you can assume it was very loud during the whole night and our stay with the opened window. It’s not good for someone who doesn’t like AC and prefers sleeping on an open window. 6. The slippers were very flat and not very comfortable. 7. The pillows were supper hard and it was very uncomfortable sleeping with them.

A good hotel at a reasonable price, suitable for an overnight stay
Pros:

clean and spacious room

Cons:

In winter, there was a strong smell of coal outside, making it impossible to open the windows. It was also hard to stay outside because the air quality was poor.
