gutes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis
Pros:

Die Lage hat für uns perfekt gepasst. Wir haben eine zwei Schlafzimmern Wohnung, die gut ausgestattet war. Die Küche war sauber und gut eingerichtet.

Cons:

Leider hat der Bad keinen Fenster, deshalb ist die Lüftung ganz schlecht.

Pros:

Clean, friendly staff, all facilities we needed, amazing shower

Cons:

Slight hill up to the property which could be an issue for some people. Small ants kept coming from somewhere in kitchen but they weren't interested in food and didn't sting

Appart fonctionnel , proche du centre. Personnel agréable
Pros:

Accès proche du centre, de la plage, et de toutes les commodités.
Le personnel et réceptionniste Ana très serviables , réactifs, gentils et sympathiques.
Le fait que l.appart est entretenu tous les trois jours.

Cons:

Le système d.aspiration d.air dans la salle de bain pas très performant
Et donc une salle de bain très humide, séchage serviette difficile ( surtout qu.il n.a pas fait très beau la semaine où nous étions),et le sol reste humide …et donc glissant.
Dommage qu.il n.y avait plus de chambres libres avec vue sur piscine.
Accès Parking un peu difficile surtout avec une grosse voiture.

Pros:

Bardzo udany pobyt we dwoje. Apartament był czysty, nowoczesny i komfortowy. Bardzo blisko morza i centrum, a jednocześnie nieco na uboczu. Małe okienka z sypialni wychodzą na korytarz wewnętrzny, więc nie słychać ulicy.
Korzystaliśmy z bezpłatnego parkingu miejskiego, który widać z balkonu.

Cons:

Brakuje podstawowych produktów spożywczych typu sól, cukier itp.

Farei trovare almeno una bottiglia di acqua in camera. Come tutte le costruzioni moderne, pareti e soffitti sono sottili, per cui, se ci sono ospiti rumorosi, si sente tutto.

Sehr gutes Preis-/Leistungsverhätnis bei guter Lage
Pros:

- Gutes Preis/Leistungsverhältnis.
- Ana war eine sehr nette und zuvorkommende Ansprechperson. Schnelle Kommunikation via Chat direkt in Booking
- Integriertes Parking in Anlage gegen Aufpreis (Einfahrt nicht für Fahranfänger)
- Santa Ponsa ist zu Fuss gut erreichbar
- Apartment geeignet für einen Aufenthalt mit 2 Kindern ( 2J & 3M)

- Luft im Zimmer war mässig.

Schöner Kurzurlaub
Pros:

Sehr centrale und doch etwas ruhigere Lage in Santa Ponsa. Geschäfte, Strand, Bus und Taxistand in wenigen Minuten zu Fuss erreichbar. In der Hochsaison bestimmt deutlich lauter, je nach Lage und Ausrichtung des Apartments. Wir waren in der Vorsaison für wenige Tage in Santa Ponsa und hauptsächlich zum Schlafen im Apartment. Sehr freundliche und unkomplizierte Mitarbeitende, Sauberkeit top, Ausstattung für die wenigen Tage top.

Cons:

Alles soweit gut! Die Schlafzimmer sind zum Innenhof hin ausgerichtet was an sich super ist. Allerdings hört man die nächtlichen Heimkehrer der anderen Apartments sehr laut.

Great location, nice view, comfortable apartment, helpful staff. Anna at reception helped us to plan our trips for a few days, advising us on places to visit.
