Muy buen lugar donde quedarse en Palma a tres cuadras de la playa, supermercados y restaurantes
Pros:

Me gustó la ubicación, la limpieza del departamento. El baño y las habitaciones eran espaciosas. Las camas cómodas y la cocina muy completa. El departamento era muy silencioso. Y tenía una muy buena piscina gratuita con reposeras.

Cons:

El baño tenia un poco de olor a humedad. Lamentablemente por la época en que fuimos no había disponibilidad de desayuno. Podrían limpiar la pieza todos los días y no cada 3 días.

Das Personal ist sehr hilfsbereit und extrem freundlich. Von der Rezeptionistin bis hin zu den Zimmermädchen. Man fühlt sich dort wohl und herzlich willkommen. Wir können diese Appartments wärmstens empfehlen!

Przyjemny na pobyt dla rodziny z dziećmi
Pros:

Apartament czysty, wyposażony w to, co niezbędne. Bardzo blisko plaży. Tuż za apartamentem bezpłatny, duży parking był ogromnym atutem. Łóżko piętrowe trochę trzeszczy:) ale to drobiazg, do przyzwyczajenia. Do 10/10 brakowało mi pralki, ale ręczniki wymieniane co 3 dni, więc po prostu trzeba bez prania jakoś zaplanować bagaże. Obsługa miła i pomocna. Można zostawić bagaże w przechowalni i skorzystać z prysznica po wymeldowaniu.

Pros:

Preis-Leistung für diese Unterkunft war sehr gut. Alles, was man braucht, ist da. Die Betten waren sehr bequem und das Studio sehr gemütlich, farblich alles abgestimmt, freundlich und einladend.

Cons:

Leider war während des gesamten Aufenthalts niemand persönlich an der Rezeption. Die Kommunikation verlief nur über E-Mail. Man bekommt Codes für den Haupteingang und das Zimmer. Codes für den Parkplatz haben wir erst verspätet bekommen, mussten die erste Nacht auf der Straße parken. Der Code vom Parkhaus ins Treppenhaus funktionierte nach der dritten Nacht nicht mehr. Aus Angst, dass wir nach der letzten Nacht nicht aus dem Parkhaus kommen und unseren Flug dadurch verpassen, haben wir wieder auf der Straße geparkt. Die Sache mit den Codes könnte besser gelöst sein, man könnte zum Beispiel bei Ankunft eine Liste von allen benötigten Codes bekommen, ohne jedem einzelnen hinterherzulaufen. Ausserdem wäre es wünschenswert, dass die Codes dann nicht nach ein paar Tagen geändert werden, ohne bescheid zu bekommen.

Poolside view was lovely, pool area was very peaceful and we’re guaranteed a sun lounger, property was close to the centre so easily accessible to beaches, restaurants, bars.
