Pros:

We really liked the man who welcomed us. He made us cocktails all evening, we talked very friendly. We are very satisfied with this hotel. If there is a chance in the future, we will come back!

Best hotel in Gjirokaster. Totally recommend.
Pros:

Breakfast was so good. You can use the pool and enjoy the quite.
The location is very easy to find, 5 min from center of Gjirokaster.
The owners are so friendly.

Geen 4 sterren hotel, nauwelijks 1 ster. Mijd dit.
Pros:

Ontbijt nadat we een half uur moesten wachten.

Cons:

1. De kamer zelf. Geen van de faciliteiten was aanwezig zoals kluis, waterkoker, geen plafond of kamerverlichting etc. 1 bedlamp voor 3 slaapplaatsen, verder geen licht in de kamer. Kasten kunnen niet open omdat ze voor het bed staan.
2. Kamer werd niet schoongemaakt. Papier mag niet doorgespoeld worden waardoor 36 uur vies toiletpapier in de open lucht lag. Dit zou aan de klant liggen omdat het niet was aangevraagd. De receptionist werd onbeschoft toen ik daarop wat van zei.
3. Eindeloos wachten op ontbijt.
4. Er zou korting worden gegeven. Tot nu toe niets meer gehoord.
5. Op balkon geen zitje.
6. Dit is geen 4 sterren hotel maar haalt nauwelijks 1 ster.
7. De medewerkers hebben duidelijk geen ervaring met het runnen van een hotel. Medewerkers schuiven verantwoordelijkheden op elkaar af. Ze verwijzen naar een afwezige manager, waarvan na een paar uur blijkt dat die geen Engels spreekt.
8. Geen douchegordijn waardoor de badkamer overstroomt.
9. Hotel is een mix tussen Bates motel en een maffia hotel voor witwaspraktijken.
19. Klacht ingediend bij Booking.com. Ook (nog) niets van gehoord.

Leuk net hotel voor max 2 nachten.
Pros:

Het vriendelijke personeel en het prachtige zwembad.

Cons:

Kamer was erg basic, géén leeslampje,géén stoelen of wasrekje op balkon en géén douchegordijn of scherm zodat de badkamer blank stond na het douchen.
Gjirokäster ligt 11 km verderop.

Pros:

Was there mid July. The personnel is very friendly and helpful. Was warm, so the nice pool was great and refreshing. Rooms are clean and nice.

Pros:

Dzieci po powrocie najbardziej wspominają śniadanie. Było to ich pierwsze HB. Śniadania były bardzo smaczne a arbuz z melonem najlepszy. Pokoje duże z lodówką i klimatyzacją.

Cons:

Troszkę zimna woda w basenie jak na taki ciepły kraj.
