Ruime, schone kamers met verbeterpunten voor onderhoud en service
Cons:

Pluspunten
Kamers: De kamers zijn erg ruim en worden goed schoon gehouden.
Zwembad: Het zwembadwater zelf was prima en schoon.
Aandachtspunten
Onderhoud & Geur: Het hotel maakt een verouderde indruk. In de kamer hing een sterke schimmelgeur. Ook rond het zwembad was er achterstallig onderhoud te zien (groene aanslag langs de randen) en hing er soms een afvalgeur.
Service & Communicatie: Het contact met de receptie verliep erg wisselvallig. De receptionist kon het ene moment heel vriendelijk zijn, maar liet op andere momenten passief-agressief non-verbaal gedrag zien. Daarnaast is het Engels van het personeel erg beperkt, wat de communicatie lastig maakt.

Pros:

Ως επισκέπτες από την Ελλάδα, μπορώ να πω πως ήταν από τα πιο οικονομικά και value for money καταλύματα της περιοχής. Εχει επίσης όλες τις παροχές που χρειάζεται να έχει ένα ξενοδοχείο (πισίνα, πλούσιο πρωινό) καθώς και πολύ εξυπηρετικό και ευγενικό προσωπικό.

Cons:

Το μόνο αρνητικό που ίσως ήταν και λόγω αυξημένης κίνησης εκείνη την περίοδο (για μέσα Αυγούστου μιλάω) ήταν πως το δωμάτιο δεν καθαριζόταν σε καθημερινή βάση και χρειαζόταν να τους το πούμε εμείς. Παρόλα αυτά άμεσα ανταποκρίθηκε το προσωπικό στο αίτημα μου δίχως αντίρρηση.

Pros:

La taille de la chambre .
De la place du volume
La piscine
Pas loin de Gjirokmaster

Cons:

Le wifi n’est pas terrible
Il préfère les paiements en cash , du fait de la carte nous avons payé plus cher car il a des charges
Il faudrait prévenir

Prima basic hotel.
Pros:

Erg vriendelijk personeel, rustig gebied, lekker ontbijt.
De eigenaar is ontzettend vriendelijk.

Cons:

De badkamer: wc trok heel lastig door, soms bijna niet. Douche was niet stabiel warm en soms koud en de regendouche werkte niet waardoor we niet met ons hoofd er onder konden staan omdat de handdouche niet hoger kon. Geen douche gordijn, waardoor heel de vloer nat werd.

Het uitzicht bij het zwembad is een tegenvaller.
Geen 4 sterren hotel waard vonden wij.

Er waren een leuk zaken om vrolijk van te worden; Er was veel ruimte op de kamers. Bedden waren schoon. De manager en hotelpersoneel waren heel aardig. Hotel was oom mooi ruim en er was een mooi zwembad.

Cons:

Dirty cups, no chairs in balcony, no ashtray, no shower curtain. Our room was in 3rd floor, but you couldn't get elevator there, you must walk to 2nd floor and get elevator from there to 1st floor. Not cool if you have heavy luggage and bad knees..

Φτωχό πρωινό για 4στερο ξενοδοχείο, δεν υπάρχει ντουζιερα στην πισίνα με αποτέλεσμα να μην κάνει κανένας μπάνιο κ υπήρχε μια θολουρα στο νερό. Λίγες ξαπλώστρες κ όλες στη σειρά, δεν μπορεις να εχεις μια απόσταση απ τους υπόλοιπους. Δεν υπάρχει τραπέζι στο μπαλκόνι, ούτε κάπου να απλώσεις τα ρούχα σου. Πολυ φτωχός ο φωτισμός στο δωμάτιο, δεν μπορεί κάποιος να διαβάσει η να βαφτεί άνετα. Δίνει την εντύπωση ότι εχει αλλάξει διεύθυνση κ εχει κάπως παρατηθεί το ξενοδοχείο κ είναι κρίμα γιατί εχει πολύ καλο χώρο κ προσωπικο αλλα θέλει λίγη φροντίδα παραπάνω.
