Friendly, welcoming hotel.
Pros:

The hotel is a straightforward drive from the Fiumicino airport and in a good location for the Roman Sports City complex, which was the reason for our stay. The staff are excellent and nothing is too much trouble. Breakfast was included and was very enjoyable - lots of sweet pastries as others have said, but the owner also anticipated our needs and provided savoury options. The attached cafe and restaurant are both very good and reasonably priced too, with very friendly and helpful staff.

Grazie a tutto lo staff per la vostra gentilezza e il vostro sorriso.
Pros:

Siamo stati accolti con professionalità e calore. Ci hanno fatto sentire a casa e aiutato in ogni modo. Ci hanno dato tutte le informazioni di cui avevamo bisogno. Le camere pulite e letti comodi. Abbiamo cenato al ristorante e abbiamo mangiato molto bene sia pizza che piatti romani al giusto prezzo.

Forse aggiungerei alla colazione qualcosa di salato.. ma è solo un suggerimento.
