For starters, the check-in process was tricky as they couldn’t find our reservation straight away. Our assined room was on the last floor, and the elevator didn’t even work. The first night was rough because we could head literally EVERYTHING, from people climbing up the stairs to other guests using the hair dryer next door. The mattress was hard and the bed frame was creaky. Our door didn’t lock so we didn’t feel safe.
The next morning one of us decided to take a shower. The towels had dust on them and the bathroom was very poorly cleaned. The “shower” flooded within 5 minutes of use. We headed downstairs to report the problem, asked to cancel our stay and be refunded for the nights we wouldn’t spend there. The manager refused so we had no choice but to stay. After concluding that the shower was clogged with someone else’s hair (honorable mention to the racist comment made by the maintenance guys about the shower clogging because “it had african hair”), we asked to at least switch rooms, to which the receptionist said, “Of course, I will give you a better room”. The maintenance guy made a comment in French about all the rooms being the same, so that didn’t sit well with us. Sometimes understanding the language comes with downsides.
We switched rooms but the issue with the cleaning and the bed and the noise remained. There were a LOT of shaved hairs glued to the mirror, which was disgusting, and we noticed the toilet brush had no holder and was dirty with feces.
On our second day, after spending the day out, we were locked out of our room and had to go back down to get the problem fixed. Upon FINALLY entering the room, we were surprised to realize the room had been “cleaned” without us even having been asked. This felt like a violation of privacy as we weren’t even notified it would happen. There were stray hairs in the bathroom even though it had supposedly been cleaned.

The room was booked for the fifth floor (sixth floor if you’re American) and the elevator was not working. When we arrived the shower drain was clogged and after we complained about it they removed the filter, but left all the filth all over the bathroom, including the sink. Nobody returned to replace the filter and they blamed the cleaning lady, we had to clean their mess ourselves. The radiator in the room was not working and they advised us to heat the room using the air conditioner. The AC unit was extremely dirty and filled with mould and dust, also partially broken as you can see in the pictures. We have asked for a blanket twice and they advised us that one blanket will be provided in the room. No blanket was provided. Our stay was in early February, so you can imagine it was kind of cold. The only cleaning performed was them changing our towels, which also had some brown spots on them. The entire property seems to have been renovated recently, but with the same care and attention that the rest of the place is run (the room TV had paint marks on it, so you can imagine the rest). You need to really push/pull the door to close it, which always results in a loud bang, this happens in all rooms, so you will hear banging during the night.

Abbiamo soggiornato in questo hotel circa 5 giorni fa , ma devo dire che è stata una delle esperienze più brutte mai fatte. Partendo dal fatto che la stanza non era affatto quella che mi era uscita dopo aver prenotato la struttura, NON FATEVI INGANNARE DALLE FOTO!
Appena entrati , alla reception ci hanno comunicato che la nostra stanza si trovava al 5 piano e ogni giorno abbiamo dovuto fare tantissime scale (tra l'altro il mio ragazzo aveva anche problemi al ginocchio), scale sporchissime con la polvere sopra e molto ma molto strette. Appena entrati in camera la pulizia non era delle migliori, abbiamo trovato polvere sulle porte e addirittura lenzuola e cuscino macchiati oltre che a dei peli nel letto, nella doccia e anche sugli asciugami. Il bagno poi aveva il pavimento tutt'uno con il water (la doccia non aveva separé) quindi tutta l'acqua della doccia andava anche nella zona del water, per cui era impossibile utilizzarlo. Il lavandino era invece piccolissimo ed entravamo a malapena le mani. Non mi aspettavo una struttura del genere specialmente dopo aver visto le foto di quella che avevo prenotato e soprattutto aver trovato tutta questa sporcizia. Poca pulizia, poco confort, il prezzo è altissimo per una stanza del genere e in generale per un hotel simile. L'unica cosa "buona" di questo hotel era la posizione perché a 5 min dalla metro , ma il resto solo SCHIFO!!!!

Ça va parce que elle est plein de centre-ville mais le premier jour je suis arrivé problème chasse d’eau et la deuxième jour je suis coincé dans l’ascenseur pendant une heure établissement n’a pas changé les draps ni nettoyer les chambres pendant je suis absent revenu toujours la même chose
