Pros:

Very well located and perfect for big groups who want to stay in one room and bond!

Cons:

The building does not offer an extra key so it's a bit difficult to make arrangement for big groups when we sometimes separate. You can ask the staff to open the door but it's not always convenient to ask them to open every time.

value for money. accessible to places and near stores and restaurant

Cons:

- no elevator its ok- it only has 4 floors ; people with mobility issues or those on wheelchairs need to reconsider booking
- no bidet.
- we got a handful of sweets that was pestered by black small ants. Could be better if there is a small fridge.

Overall our overnight stay is great!

Pros:

The property was perfect, it’s near two malls. Location wise it’s convinient. Front desk was so prompt with customer service. Rooms are spacious and nice, AC was not that great at 317 it did not cool. Wifi wasn’t that great either you couldnt even use the TV because of the slow connection.

Pros:

Decent room size. Civil staff. There is a water dispenser with cold and hot water. Good location - nearby to Aida's, Gina's, SM and Ayala Mall. There is a laundry shop nearby and front desk can accept laundry / pasalubong delivery.

Cons:

The reviews online are very high which could have raised my expectations. This hotel is ok, but I stayed at better hotels for the same price point. Lobby is warm during the day - aircon cannot keep the area cool. No lift and no hair dryer in the room. Toilet has some blackish (mold?) stains. Aircon in my room was just window type and not as cold as split type aircons. Upon checkout, my bedsheet had greenish stains (not sure where that came from since I don't use anything green), so best to check all the linen and towels before use for any stain. Hotel charged extra P350 for the stain saying it needs deep cleaning. They only gave 1 card key regardless of the number of people checked in the room, and required a P500 deposit for each additional key. My friend's room had a faulty lock upon arrival but the maintenance fixed it. Upon check out, this hotel offers a 20% discount if you show the front desk your review.
