不得不說，簡單但是非常美味!!!

Loved staying here. I don't usually go for shared facilities but this was excellent and has totally changed my opinion. Staff were great, dinner was lovely as well as breakfast. Cosy room with amble space for the 2 of us for 1 night. Got up early and were the only people on the vine bridge.

Loved the traditional feel. Amazing Grandma who welcomed us and made our food. Food was exceptional and we tried many different food types. All explained on a sheet in English. The ryokan is in a lovely location.
We had a rental car which I’d highly recommend so you can see more of the area.
We had a triple share room and it was quite tight with all our medium size bags. I’d recommend just taking a day pack in for the night.

This guest house isn't the most modern place to stay, but is full of character, from the elderly but energetic host to the great meals, and even the setting itself: this is a place where you can open your window at night and hear the circadas.

A part of Japan neay an hour from the nearest big-chain convenience store!

Our host was welcoming and understanding of our difficulty with the language. The food was amazing. The ryokan had everything we needed and we were able to park or motorbike right outside under cover.

C'est un rapport qualité/prix imbattable. Bien sûr c'est un peu rustique mais vous avez l'essentiel et les repas sont très bons. La vieille dame qui tient le ryokan est incroyable. Le lieu pour faire de très jolies balades est tres pratique .

Nous avons aimé
- l'accueil charmant et attentionné et l'extrême gentillesse du personnel
- c'est vraiment un ryokan typique
- l'emplacement très central dans la vallée
- le parking gratuit
- la grande qualité et l'abondance des repas en demi pension
- l'hotel accorde un bon de 50% de réduction dans le onzen d'un grand hôtel voisin

The host was so welcoming and accommodating of my special requests regarding food (no meat - seafood okay; gave me a packed lunch of onigiri, boiled egg, pickles instead of breakfast in the morning). It's a very convenient location for the vine bridge, and would be a good base for exploring other parts of Iya Valley by hire car or public transport (I didn't do this as I was riding a bicycle and wanted a rest from riding). Because there are not many restaurant options nearby, I recommend opting to have the meals provided. It was plenty of food (and I eat a lot!).

Beautiful location, wonderful hosts (like staying at your Granny's house) felt looked after from the minute we arrived. (Owner saw me leafing through the vinyl records on first night and she had then cued uo to olay on the next night at dinner, very genuine hospitality) , Great food with a homecooked feel., Authentic comfortable traditional room, dated decor in places but very clean , Great for Zipwire, Rafting and Vine Bridge

老奶奶很親切，雖然地點有點遠，但是餐點也不錯

The location and meals were amazing. The woman who runs this place is such a sweetheart. She checked us in an determined our preferences in a lightening quick way, showed us around the property and gave us recommendations for the surrounding area. It felt less like staying at a hotel and more like staying with a friends grandmother who wanted to take care of you and make sure you were well fed! 10 out of 10!

L’accueil d’une mamie super sympa et efficace. Notre belle chambre avec ses tatamis et futons. La sdb et son petit onsen relaxant après la douche. N’hésitez pas à prendre petit déjeuner et dîner sur place. C’est délicieux et un vrai voyage dans la cuisine japonaise.

Very nice traditional style hotel, well located for travel further into the valley. Very nice staff, and very good vegetarian food. It is tall and thin, so there are very steep stairs which might cause a problem if you're old or infirm. Note it does have a shared traditional bath (you use it one at a time, and I guess a couple could go in together), and shared toilets/washing facilities which are completely standard for traditional hotels.
