Very friendly staff. Hilma is extremly helpful and can arrange a guided tour in Etosha for you.
Pros:

You can place your orders at their restaurant and then go to your room to relax. When the food is ready, they will knock at your door and lead you to your table.

Absolument pas conforme aux photos et au descriptif proposé sur booking

Cons:

Piscine indisponible et non entretenue (malgré un prétexte de vent), aucune insonorisation, insectes dans les chambres. Confort rudimentaire et très éloigné des photos et de la description de l’établissement.

A hotel egész modern. A szoba megfelelő. A személyzet kedves és udvarias. Vacsora és reggeli is jó volt. Bár, medence és örzött parkoló is van. A wifi akadozva de működött.

Cons:

Everything. Stood for minutes in the rain as nobody answered the door, when she finally did, she kept on putting the phone down. I had messaged them with arrival time ETA , yet the security lady was not on the ball at all! Breakfast was not possible before 7 am, yet they call themselves Etosha lodge. No point at arriving at the gates at 10 am…. Bed was not comfy either

Highly recommended lodge
Pros:

The lodge is conveniently located close to the park. The rooms, pool and breakfast was great. The staff was very friendly and extremely helpful and accommodating.

Cons:

All was perfect.

Cena za wysoka w stosunku do komfortu i jakości
Cons:

Czekaliśmy 1,5 godziny na obiad jako grupa 5 osobowa. W restauracji nie było nikogo innego poza nami, lub były zamawiane dania na wynos. Nie wiem czy byśmy kiedykolwiek dostali jedzenie gdybyśmy się nie upomnieli.
W dodatku rachunek podano nam do stołu z góry, na długo przed tym (około 1 h 10 min) zanim otrzymaliśmy dania do stołu

Pokoje ciemne. Otrzymaliśmy pokój na parterze przez szyby którego było nas częściowo widać nawet przy zamkniętych roletach

Sehr nettes und zuvorkommendes Personal. Küchenservice gut. Großzügiges Zimmer.

Cons:

Ausstattung etwas heruntergekommen. Defekter Toilettendeckel, Jalousie, Handtuchhalter.
Ameisen im Bad, sehr schlechte Lüftung. Viele Mücken wegen fehlender Moskitonetze, sodass wir die ganze Nacht die Klimaanlage laufen lassen mussten. Unglaublich schlechtes WLAN.

Pros:

Son emplacement stratégique car il est près d'Etosha, son personnel sympathique, ses chambres propres et confortables, sa piscine et son bon rapport qualité-prix. Les points faibles à mentionner sont les chambres potentiellement sombres ou manquant de décoration et pas toujours propres, une préparation parfois lente des repas, et, dans certains cas, une gestion de l'électricité et des conversations bruyantes du personnel. De plus les sanitaires sont limites de la vétusté vous faites couler de l'eau dans le lavabo et l arrivée d eau fuit abondement sur le sol. De plus les volets se bloquent

Lot's of potential but so disappointing
Pros:

It's a really nice hotel overall but it's upkeep is poor. Food in general is good too.

Cons:

I didn't have hot water to shower, the shower head sprays all over the bathroom and the toilet seat is loose. WiFi is basically nonexistent. Can rather stay off it.

Pros:

On a positive note the staff were friendly and helpful if clueless

Cons:

Do not stay in this dump, the bed and the chairs are covered in thick plastic obviously to extend their life span, something that can't be said about the mattress which is saggy and lumpy and more akin to a torture instrument, the room is small and dingy, the TV is the size of a small computer screen, not that I matters as it doesn't work anyway, the Food is horrible, the Bean soup was literally a can of blended baked beans and the steak was so tough my Caterpillar work boots would have been the more tender option, we booked for 4 nights and left after the first, this "Hotel" is quite likely the worst place I've ever stayed at.
