Ótima!
Pros:

Boá acomodação! E aconchegante , boa recepção na portaria! Café da manhã excelente! E ainda pude esperar um tempo no saguão até a chegada da minha carona. Isso foi essencial fora que guardaram minha mochila em um bagageiro quando precisei sair.

Cons:

Infelizmente o sinal de transmissão da tv não funcionou no meu quarto, não pude assistir algo durante a noite. Mas acredito que tenha sido somente no meu quarto.

Se for por uma noite apenas, vale a pena.
Pros:

Os funcionários são atenciosos e simpáticos. O café da manhã, atende quando avaliamos o valor da diária.

Cons:

A localização é boa, somente durante o dia, à noite tem muitos usuários de drogas na região. Achei que poderia ser um ambiente mais limpo, encontramos barata na sala que serve o café da manhã. O banheiro estava com a tampa do vaso quebrada e também sem suporte para papel higiênico.
