Nichts .

Cons:

Es stinkt , Dachgeschoss hat ein Fenster was weder auf noch zu geht . Es hat einfach ein Loch .
Heizung funktioniert nicht . Es schimmelt . Die Queen hätte sich im Grab umgedreht wenn sie wüsste , das die Straße nach ihr benannt ist .

Frühstück für 8Euro top, Lage zum Olympiastadion zu Fuß kein Problem.

Für eine Nacht mag es gehen.
Pros:

Die Lage des Hotels war für unsere Bedürfnisse sehr gut.
Das Personal war sehr freundlich.

Cons:

Das Hotel ist nach meinem Empfinden in einem jämmerlichen Erhaltungszustand.
Von der Wand gefallene Sockelfliesen, im Badezimmer zum Teil sehr dunkel verfärbte, ehemals weiße Fliesenfugen sowie etliche braune, gelbe und rötliche Flecken an den Tapeten, dazu die sehr minimalistische und stark abgenutzte Ausstattung zeugen davon, dass auf Erhaltungsmaßnahmen anscheinend kein Wert gelegt wird. Hinzu kommt der aus meiner Sicht völlig überzogene Übernachtungspreis von 200€ für ein Doppelzimmer für eine Nacht. Dies spricht alles für sich.
Die Entscheidung zur Wahl dieses Hotels hatte ich auf Grundlage der Lage sowie auch der Präsentationsfotos auf der Seite von Booking.com getroffen. Die Fotos entsprechen bei weitem nicht der vorgefundenen Realität.

Gute Anbindung zum Olympiastadion. ( Zu Fuß )

Cons:

Kein WLAN, Fernseher funktionierte nicht. Klodeckel rutschte hin und her war nicht befestigt. Duschen lieber nicht ,noch Haare vom Vorgast drin.

Die Lage war für mich optimal. Das Frühstück war für 8€ angemessen.

Cons:

Das Zimmer war klein, die Möbel abgewohnt, ein fleckiger Vorhang die einzige Verdunklungsmöglichkeit. Keine Ablagemöglichkeiten im Bad. Nachts war es im Hof sehr laut. Für das, was ich bezahlt habe, nicht ausreichend.
