Alles war dreckig, alles war nh Baustelle, Bettwäsche war am schimmeln und so viele andere Probleme die jetzt viel zu lange wären um aufzuzählen

Pros:

Het hotel zelf was prima te doen voor een paar dagen om een concert bij te wonen voor die prijs, dichtbij tram of evt lopend te doen naar het Olympisch stadion maar de ligging van het hotel en de bouwval erom heen was wel appart.

Cons:

Dat de schoonmaak binnen in je kamer komt als je afwezig bent.

Для своей цены нормальный номер.

Стройка за окном, из-за этого очень душно, было некомфортно открывать окно на распашку, стучали и сверлили с 7 утра. Нет лифта, вай фай написано должен быть, но он не работал, постоянно отключался. Душ нормально не сливался и постоянно набирался полностью водой. При уборке не меняли постель. Завтрак каждый день одинаковый: булка, колбаса, сыр, паштет, огурцы, маслины, масло, шоколадная паста, варенье, йогурт, хлопья, чай, кофе, сок. Было не очень чисто, на подушках были большие пятна.

Es war nicht viel zu weit von der Messe entfernt .
Die Betten waren sauber.

Cons:

An den Wänden waren Flecken, und im Bad befand sich ein Schimmelfleck. (Ein Maler ist längst überfällig!)

In der Dusche waren Fliesen herausgebrochen, und die Eingangstür des Zimmers wurde wohl schon einmal ohne Schlüssel geöffnet.

Dazu kam noch die Baustelle, auf der die Handwerker einen pünktlich um 7 Uhr geweckt haben!

Es gibt leider nichts positives zu sagen.

Cons:

Alles, dreckige Bettwäsche Laken über all Flecke, nicht genug Papier auf dem Klo, dann sehr laut wegen baustelle und Frühstück Grotten schlecht. Haben noch nie so ein schlechtes Hotel besucht. Wir sind sogar schon ein Tag vorher ausgecheckt.,haben bei Bekannten übernachtet.

Nichts gut .schmutzig trebenhaus. Zimmer nicht so ausgestattet wie in den Webseiten geschrieben ist .Fernsehen ohne fehrnbedeinung ,keine hand Schaltung möglich nach mehreren Aufforderung 3 Tage auch wird keine Fernsehen fehrnbedeinung geliefert..im hotel lauft grade eine riesige Baustelle ab 6 Uhr wird gebohrt und klopft .Personal spricht kaum deutsch und nach jeder Frage wird geantwortet "fragen Sie den meneger"der Ich nie gesehen habe..schmutzige Bett wäche.

Trotz mitten in der Stadt,war es sehr ruhig,da es im Hinterhof ist!

Aufgrund einer Baustelle keine Parkmöglichkeiten! Zimmer stark verschmutzt und runtergekommen! Überall Spinnenweben, Betten und Möbel stark runtergekommen und defekt!

Vor dem Hotel war eine Baustelle ok. Als wir angekommen sind, die Rezeptionistin mehr als unfreundlich und dann sind wir ins Zimmer gekommen. Noch nie! Sowas erlebt!! Die ganzen Wände dreckig und beschmiert mir sämtlichen Sachen, das Badezimmer dreckig und an der Dusche war schimmel. Keine Worte für so etwas. Ausstattung war auch grenzwertig aber ok, Sauberkeit wäre wichtig was überhaupt nicht war. 3 Sterne 5 zuviel. Keine Empfehlung dieses "Hotel" jemals zu buchen. Beschämend sowas zu vermieten.

Das FRühstück war überraschend gut .Das Personal bemüht .

Cons:

Beim FRühstück eine große Hinweistafel aber nichts auf Deutsch !Ein in die Jahre gekommendes Hotel auf dem Hinterhof.Hat nichts mit einem Park zu Tun .Kein Parkplatz vorhanden .

Gar nichts

Cons:

1.Im Bad gab es keine Handtuchhalterungen, keine Zahnputzbecher und keinen Fön. Weiterhin gab es keinen Toilettendeckel.
2.Die Türzargen im Bad waren im Fußbodenbereich verfault.
3.An der Decke hingen Spinnenweben und die Fenster waren total verstaubt.
4.Das ganze Hotel war eine Baustelle. Direkt vor unserem Fenster stand der Bauwagen. Dadurch konnten wir die Vorhänge nicht öffnen, weil die Bauarbeiter dann hinein sehen könnten. Das Fenster konnten wir auch nicht öffnen, da der Baustaub dann hereingezogen wäre. Am Samstag wurden wir durch Bohrmaschinenlärm um 07:15 Uhr geweckt, so daß wir aufstehen mußten.
5. Ich habe ein Hotel mit Parkplatz bebucht. An der Rezeption wurde mir gesagt, daß ich auf der Straße Parken könne. Dazu mußte ich in die Plantanenallee( näher war nichts), was ca. 30 Minuten Fußweg bedeutete.
Ich bitte Sie, mir mndestens 50% des Hotelpreises zu erlassen, da es wirklich eine Zumutung war, dort zu nächtigen.
