Not one of my requests were looked after and i have got atleast 4 messages asking to give 10/10 rating.

Very strict policies, i had a booking from 3-8th July. We landed on 3rd July early morning. I got in touch with the hotel for early entry.. was not allowed… so i booked 2-3rd july as well so that i could sleep in. But i was made to check out at 10.30 am and again check in at 3pm. Like seriously guys.. get your act together.. you are in the service industry.. there was no mention of anyone trying to do anything, it was a straight no.. then one night i made another request to check in on my children in the room and the request was denied blaatantly

Excellent accommodation in Asakusa
Pros:

Easy access to Asakusa station, hence easy access to Ginza, Ueno, Shibuya, Shinjuku etc...quiet neighbourhood, walking distance to Senso-Ji, Skytree, Sumida riverside. Unit has 4 beds, washing machine with dryer and cooking facilities which is super convenient.

Clean room, good size for small family.
Pre arrival communication was good.

Cons:

Not all rooms are facing the river and sky tower, this was not clear in our original booking.
Front desk is not manned and this made checking our luggage through very hard.

Pros:

We booked this stay for the balcony and the view of Tokyo Skytree. Which did not disappoint. The location was great, with an easy walk to shopping streets and Senso-ji temple. The station was a short walk. I had prepared to self-check in, but was surprised when there was staff at the front desk.

Cons:

There were short hairs on the bed under the pillow. I don't think it had been cleaned very well. The beds were not very comfortable, and the pillows were flat. I wished there were more than one pillow per person. The in-room washing machine was hard to understand how to use, especially with the instructions, for example I wanted to remove items during the drying process that I didn't want completely dried, and after repeated attempts to press the button to stop and open the door, it failed. It was very confusing.

The sensor light that comes on in the middle of the night if someone goes to the restroom.

Superb location + excellent service and accomodation = highly recommended!
Pros:

The accomodation was excellent and extremely well equipped with cooking facilities and all equipment required. The staff were incredibly helpful, providing thoughtful messages and recommendations throughout our stay. The location was superb and a brilliant location for seeding Asakusa and as a base to explore Tokyo.

快適
Pros:

綺麗で快適、眺めも良く、必要なものは全て揃っていました。最新式の洗濯機には洗剤も置かれ、キッチンにも新しいスポンジが。受付のスタッフの方も対応が良かったでふ。

Cons:

若いてあげると駐車場がないことです。
