Pros:

The hotel/apartment looks new and very clean. Staffs are very friendly and helpful. Location is excellent as it is relatively near (depending to your "close" standard) to the station and Sumida park. There is a kombini cross the street, which is very easy for groceries and sending luggages via Yamato. Washing dryer machine was very helpful.

Cons:

The apartment felt smaller that what we are expecting in comparison to other hotel/partment which has very similar style. Probably because of the room layout. The door layout is also quite annoying as it's swing blocks our way in/out. The electric stove was not working although we have followed the instructions. .

旅としては過去一と言っても過言ではないくらいステキな思い出が作れました。
Pros:

ロケーションが最高すぎでした。

部屋もものすごく綺麗でした。

浅草観光の拠点としても最高の場所でした。

またスタッフさんの対応は正に神対応で、こちらがわからないことがあり質問すると、短時間で的確な回答がかえってきて、安心して旅に入れました。

Cons:

しいて言うなら、備えつけの食器類を使ったら自分で洗って自分で元あった場所に返しておいてくださいと言われたことです。

もし前のお客様が同じようなことを言われ実行していたなら果たしてそれが衛生上大丈夫なのか？と疑問が残りました。

なので、部屋に備えつけの食器類は一切使う気になれませんでした。

こちらを店舗側で食器類の洗浄等を対応して消毒等していただけると衛生上安心なのではないかと思います。

Amazing 🥰
Pros:

The view was spectacular and the apartment had everything we needed. It was a beautiful mixture of modern style and Japanese tradition and we loved our stay there and are planning on returning the next time we are in Tokyo.

Great experience (except for checkout)
Pros:

Great location close to Ginza line, 7 eleven is right across the road, walking distance to Skytree, clean and modern facility. I was initially concerned about the room size while booking but it turned out to be very comfortable for a family of 4. The amenities are great and well managed, the layout is thoughtful and even though the staff is not available full time, when they were available they were very hospitable and responsive.
A big plus is the view of the skytree from the window.

Cons:

Had to wait 20 mins for the elevator to be available at checkout. While the Checkout time is 10am for everyone, there is only one elevator. I had to pay waiting charges for my cab just because I was stuck on my floor with luggage. Eventually had no choice but to take the elevator up and come down.
Highly recommend the Checkout time is staggered or the host provides some other solution.

아침에 숙소앞에 스미다강변 조깅도 너무 좋아 최고의 위치입니다

저희는 잠만 자는 것이라 젖은 수건 걸고 습기조절하며 불편없이 지냈습니다.
어미니티도 부족하면 1층 데스크에서 가져다 쓸수 있었습니다
