Very good hotel
Pros:

Location was excellent

Cons:

no late check in check out even if you are ready to pay. No housekeeping services during the stay

トイレと風呂が別々だった。
ダイニングテーブルがあり朝食等ゆったりとできた。

Cons:

風呂シャワーのレバーが硬くレバーの操作やりずらかった。無理に動かすと壊れそうで　不安になった。

It was an amazing experience and really convenient for my first trip to Japan. Will come back.
Pros:

The location is really convenient to do a lot of the usual touristy objectives. Tokyo Sky tree and the Sensō-ji is really close, and you have easy access to both the Ginza line and the Asakusa line. Furthermore, having access to both a washer and dryer is really convenient. Furthermore, the staff is great, they have assisted whenever I needed it, from questions about the room to recommendations on places to try during the trip.

Cons:

While I would say this is more on me for not researching further, but the washing/drying machine does the drying on eco mode, which results in the clothes still being slightly damp. I bet there was a way to turn the eco mode off but I just had the clothes hang dry afterwards so it wasn't that big of a deal. Maybe just having an instruction set to how to not be in eco mode since I didn't want to press all the buttons and end up messing something up.

La vista sullo skytree é impagabile, appartamento pulito e in ordine dotato di tutto il necessario, provata anche la lavatrice per necessità dopo una giornata di pioggia ..vicina alla zona del sensoji animata per la sera. E la fermata asakusa ...
