1. there were cockroaches in our room. we killed one when we first got to the room and found a second one when we came back after dinner.
2. no hot water - can’t really take a bath in the bathtub. shower had (passable) warm water
3. toilet was dark
4. even for the cheapest room, amenities were so basic. did not expect wyndham rooms to not come with bathrobes. super cheap hairdryer like what you get at cheaper hotels and airbnb
we complained after finding a 2nd cockroach and were moved to another room which at least had a brighter toilet and came with bathrobes and a better hairdryer, but still no hot water.
overall very disappointing for wyndham. at this price point you’re better off staying elsewhere or saving money and going to and airbnb
During our stay at the Wyndham Grand Bangsar Kuala Lumpur, we had the pleasure of receiving exceptional support from a young Nepali lady on the hotel staff. She was truly outstanding in every way. Not only did she assist us with great kindness and professionalism, but we also observed that she treated every guest with the same level of care, patience, and genuine helpfulness.
Her positive attitude, warm smile, and dedication to ensuring guests’ comfort made a big difference in our stay. She is a wonderful representative of the hotel, and her hard work deserves special recognition. We sincerely appreciate her efforts and wish her all the success in her career.

Room is a good size and great to have a bath, and instant hot water even on high floor, my main reason for choosing this over elsewhere
I've stayed here multiple times with no issue but this time the service was poor. I asked for a quiet room and it took three changes to get one. Manager was going to follow up on payment issue and didn't. Just overall not up to standard this time. Also TV channel options are poor, just local, no film channel etc. so need to bring your own laptop/other, room service and food options limited and expensive.
