Room was clean and bright.Good bed nice shared bathroom.
Hotel failed to check us in first night of our stay there was no one to let us in we had to find another hotel and get a taxi
Next morning hotel staff admited that they should be there untill midnight.We are only asking them to refund us for the night we did not get in even though we had to spend money on a taxi and more expensive accomadation
They just ignored us .

My doona wasn’t clean, don’t smell fresh and the way the sheets were put on bed or way the bed was made

I was told it would open at 10 in face it opened at 11 but we were waiting outside since 8

The shared bathrooms, but that’s part of the charm, and they were very clean.
They’ve done an excellent renovation on the upstairs accommodation. Retaining the original features - pressed tin ceilings, large airy rooms with thick walls and big old windows- they’ve added the most stylish modern share bathrooms I've ever come across - which were spick and span when I visited.
If you’re up for a walk / explore interesting street scapes and parks surround the Native Rose. The “high street” only 10 mins walk up the road has many good places to eat and drink.
Parking is an issue if you’re in a car rather than on public transport ( the bus stop is right outside) Also - Bring your ear plugs - you’ll be on a very very busy road.
Comfortable bed & excellent shared bathrooms.
Noise from band downstairs though expected as it is a pub.

Wij sliepen aan de kant van de drukke weg en ons raam was kapot en was vastgeplakt met tape. Dat trilde steeds als er vrachtwagens en dergelijke langs reden.

The manager was nice when we had issues (although we didn’t get the refund she said we would get.)
Really dirty with hair on the bed and the room was obviously not cleaned, couldn’t stay the night because of bed bugs, had to leave after 1 hour because we got bitten.
Nice and quiet considering it’s above the pub, nice room and comfortable bed. What’s not love when u can walk downstairs for a refresher
