A few areas where better attention to cleanliness and maintenance would help: 1. Some mould appearing in shower, 2.

The location to our function was great.

Cons:

The entrance to tge accommodation from the street was difficult due to my disability. Being able to access from the hotel would have been easier.

The location, room and facilities were very pleasant.
Pros:

Handy to CBD and Public Transport

Cons:

I was booked into room 8 to start which was next to main road and directly above the Bands playing downstairs. So extremely noisy!!. In fairness to the staff I asked if I could be moved to another room and they were more than welcome to accommodate and from then on, it was a lot quieter for the remainder of my stay. Staff were great!

Great for low cost stay in Sydney. Close to transport into CBD.
Pros:

Rooms were comfortable. Good value, easy to get to CBD.

Nice quiet hotel with the bar
Pros:

Lovely hotel for short trip. Clean bathroom, fresh furniture and very comfortable bed (especially important if you like me travelled 50hrs)
10mins by bus from downtown. The bus stop is super close.
Nice bar on the ground floor with live music

Cons:

All fine, maybe just add a chair to the room for more comfortable table usage

Cons:

The TV wouldn’t join the WIFI so it was unuseable and the WIFI is non existent up stairs once the pubs full downstairs. The noise that transmits up is really loud from the beer garden too. No street parking if you’re driving .

Comfortable room. Short walk to White Bay cruise terminal. Nice meals in restaurant,

Shared bathroom clean and modern, but needed a mop for floor after use (no bathmats on floor)

I wouldn’t book again but liked the bar section very much
Pros:

Only the blonde girl at the bar downstairs

Cons:

My doona wasn’t clean, don’t smell fresh and the way the sheets were put on bed or way the bed was made

Uncommunicative staff
Pros:

Room was clean and bright.Good bed nice shared bathroom.

Cons:

Hotel failed to check us in first night of our stay there was no one to let us in we had to find another hotel and get a taxi
Next morning hotel staff admited that they should be there untill midnight.We are only asking them to refund us for the night we did not get in even though we had to spend money on a taxi and more expensive accomadation
They just ignored us .

Clean, airy freshly painted. Excellent location and stylish share bathrooms but bring your ear plugs
Pros:

They’ve done an excellent renovation on the upstairs accommodation. Retaining the original features - pressed tin ceilings, large airy rooms with thick walls and big old windows- they’ve added the most stylish modern share bathrooms I've ever come across - which were spick and span when I visited.
If you’re up for a walk / explore interesting street scapes and parks surround the Native Rose. The “high street” only 10 mins walk up the road has many good places to eat and drink.

Cons:

Parking is an issue if you’re in a car rather than on public transport ( the bus stop is right outside) Also - Bring your ear plugs - you’ll be on a very very busy road.
