Pros:

Spacious rooms, well maintained pool, good food and a decent breakfast.

Cons:

Location was little remote, late night drive (after 8pm) to and from the stay is a little risky as the roads are isolated with no street lights.

Stay with serenity!!
Pros:

Location was good. You will feel serenity here having nature as closest.

Perfect location as hotel for taking good pictures.

Food quality was also good.

Nearest locations : Cabo de rama fort, Cape Goa Restaurant (6 Km)

Little far locations : Palolem beach, Agonda beach (20 Km)

Cons:

Lady receptionist could have been more polite while communating things with customer!!

Good but pool time to be increased
Pros:

The rooms and stay were exceptional, breakfast was awesome.

Cons:

The swimming pool should be made available at evening time too till 11 pm as most of the guests are sightseeing throughout the day and by the time they return you don't have time to enjoy the pool

Worst breakfast . On asking for juice they said we provide limited breakfast . Super dry poha and cool paranthas were served . Room fan was not working properly

Clean and soothing property is one definitely likes.
The pool is cherry on top!

Cons:

The location is far-off from main Activities.
Only near beaches have Kayaking facilities.

It is ok. But for the amount they are charging, it can be way better!

Stunning complex, peaceful and tranquil
Pros:

There is so much to say about this property which is
Positive. It was so peaceful and such a lovely resort. The rooms were spotless the staff were really nice especially the security at the front of the hotel. I would like to make a particular shout out and comment about your landscape gardeners !!! They were INCREDIBLE in maintaining the flowers, shrubbery on the complex so it was chopped, looked pristine. I couldn’t believe how hard those gardeners worked on that complex to keep the flowers looking amazing !! I was shocked at how much love and hard work they put into the plants and flowers. I do strongly believe that grace exotica are lucky to have 2 very hardworking gardeners on that complex. There was 1 male and 1 female. I watched them everyday and was so inspired by their work. I would without doubt stay at this complex again. Stunning complex and I throughly enjoyed my stay. The pool was a good highlight for me. Lovely !!

Cons:

I thought there could have been soft drinks (juices and cold water) at breakfast time. The breakfast time
Offering wasn’t that great in the hot ovens. It was mainly Indian breakfast items. On last day tho I did ask for some eggs on toast and they did give me this. The location doesn’t have much around in the area so if your looking for nearby bars and restaurants there is a short walk
Which I didn’t mind.
