Супер гостеприимно
Pros:

Хорошая локация, очень чисто, уютно и стильно в номере. Мега вежливый менеджер (администратор) который был крайне любезен, гостеприимен и заботлив. Довольно близко к прекрасным пляжам, пешком около 5 минут. Отдельного внимания заслуживает вполне хороший и вкусный завтрак, а а также летняя терраса с видом на город и море, где и проходит завтрак.
Отдельная благодарность отелю за то, что разрешили после выезда прийти в течении дня после пляжа принять душ в отеле перед дорогой. Очень рекомендую этот отель и обязательно вернусь туда, когда вновь буду на этом курорте.

Pros:

Accueil fort agréable. Les Albanais sont de nature très avenant et chaleureux.
La chambre est jolie et propre.
On entend le bruit des bars environant assez fort mais ça se calme très vite ( fin septembre, à minuit, il n'y a plus de bruit )
Le buffet du petit-déjeuner est copieux.
Place de parking devant l'hôtel sur demande appréciable car ça n'est pas facile de se garer dans la ville !

I had a great start due to the location and the view over Butrint National Park .Visit to this park
Pros:

I travel by bus in Albania for one month and when you can see the hotel Milo when you exit the bus it is always a good sign
Receptionist “Arber” was there to meet me and was excellent and spoke good English which was helpful.It is low season now and my room with a view was excellent.A great start meant I had a great stay at Hotel Milo .Breakfast was good and they served me fresh fried eggs .Ksamil beach is a big disappointment because it is almost completely private and you have to hire sun beds just like Spain !!! Visit to the Butrint national park is a must because of the views.

Pros:

Parkeren kun je aan de deur, het personeel wil alles voor je doen, je hebt een zitje buiten, een wasrek voor natte kleren, een koelkastje, tv op de kamer en ‘s morgens een zeer goed verzorgd ontbijt. Verder is het hotel dicht bij restaurants en diverse stranden.

Fantastisk utsikt fra toppetasjen, rent hotell og hyggelig personale.
Pros:

Jeg likte beliggenheten, hyggelig personale og komfortable rom. Takterrassen hadde en utmerket utsikt over Ksamil. Helt nydelig både ved soloppgang og solnedgang. Hotellet virket rent, frokosten var grei og kommunikasjonen var god.

Cons:

Det var ganske mange maur på badet og det ene soverommet, men det løste seg da personalet kom og fikk sprayet. Dette burde vært gjort før vi kom.

Vi fikk beskjed om at gjestene under oss syns barna våre bråket slik at de ikke fikk sove. Dette var rundt kl 18 om kvelden. Vi har reist mye med barna og har aldri fått en slik tilbakemelding før. Mulig barna har vært litt høylytte, men vi syns det var ukomfortabelt å føle at vi måtte være helt stille. Spesielt kl 18, som jeg ikke anser er et rimelig tidspunkt å forvente at man er musestille. Mulig det er litt lytt. Jeg vet ikke om jeg vil anbefale barnefamilier å bo i toppetasjen pga det kan være lytt.

Utover kvelden fra kl 21-00.00 var det veldig høy musikk fra andre restauranter og barer. Dette kan ikke hotellet noe for, men jeg syns det var rart at ingen reagerte på den høye musikken på tidspunkt der folk flest sover. Uansett gikk det veldig fint å være på takterrassen til tross for høy musikk og det gikk fint å benytte jacuzzien.

Amazing staff, breakfast and beautifully comfortable room.
Pros:

The staff at the hotel were wonderful, so kind and helpful. Breakfast was AMAZING, so many options and so fresh. Our room was lovely, great air con and so clean and comfortable. The location was in the centre which was perfect!We loved our stay and would highly recommend.

Cons:

The only small downside was the noisy nearby bar. BUT with ear plugs it was no issue and music ended at midnight.

Pros:

Sehr nette und hilfsbereite Gastgeber, die versuchen die Wünsche der Gäste zu erfüllen. Das 2011 erbaute Hotel ist in gutem Zustand und wird offensichtlich gut in Schuss gehalten. Beim Frühstück ist für jeden was dabei: verschiedene Eivariationen, Wurst, Käse, Joghurt, Marmelade, Honig, Süsses, mediterraner Salat...

Cons:

Zur Ostseite ist leider eine Musikbar, was allerdings kein Problem ist, wenn man nach Mitternacht zu Bett geht. Dann ist dort Ruhe. Ein Zimmerwechsel war in unserem Fall problemlos möglich. Danke an die Gastgeber!

Great hotel in ksamil with the kindest staff
Pros:

Specially, the staff. Super attentive, helpful and flexible

Cons:

It’s not about the property itself but there’s a bar close by playing super loud music every day (until midnight). It feels you’re inside the party and makes it difficult to sleep before that time

Hotel cómodo con buena ubicación
Pros:

Hotel con parking privado y muy cerca de bares y restaurantes. El desayuno es buffet con bastante variedad. Personal muy amable y dispuesto a ayudar. Terraza amplia y con tendedero para poder secar las toallas y bikinis de la playa.

Cons:

Todo estuvo muy bien pero nos costó un poco encontrar la ubicación ya que el GPS no lo indicaba muy bien aunque esto no es cosa del alojamiento.
