Merkezi bir konumda olmasi ulasim acisindan avantajli idi. Personel yardimsever ve otopark sorun olmadi. Kahvalti guzeldi.

Pros:

Hotel was centrally located and the pool was a cute addition. Staff were helpful and friendly. Breakfast included fresh fruit, cereals, and eggs every morning and a selection of teas, juice etc...

Cons:

Was told we were upgraded but found the room had less facilities than booked, we had expected a kitchen, sofa, and coffee making facilities - these were not provided in the 'upgrade'. After a complaint we were told the original room was booked out so we couldnt move. Then after 5mins told we could view the other room and move if required. It was played down, and we were told was too noisy, too many people walk past it etc...

Das Hotel liegt super zentral, gleich um die Ecke Supermarkt, Restaurants, Bars.. Die schönen Strände, 3 Ishujt & Bora Bora sind nicht mal 10min Gehminuten entfernt.

Das Personal ist sehr sehr freundlich. Das Frühstück war sehr lecker und abwechslungsreich.

Es ist sehr sauber!! Und die Ausstattung ist super. Der Pool ist etwas klein aber sehr schön.

Cons:

Ein Schrank wäre schön gewesen aber alles andere hat perfekt gepasst

Struttura molto bella, camere pulite e accoglienti, personale gentile e sempre disponibile. La posizione è ottima per raggiungere facilmente le spiagge e godersi il mare meraviglioso di Ksamil.
Una menzione speciale va a Mario, una persona davvero gentile, disponibile e accogliente.
Con la sua simpatia e la sua attenzione riesce a far sentire gli ospiti subito a casa. Una vera garanzia di cordialità e buon umore, che rende l’esperienza ancora più piacevole.
Un posto ideale per trascorrere una vacanza rilassante e piacevole.
Consigliatissimo, ci tornerei sicuramente! 😊

Amazing
Pros:

It was a lovely hotel with wonderful people. The food and atmosphere were amazing. They were very helpful with everything. The rooms were clean, and they even provided separate towels and an umbrella for the beach free of charge. It was also very close to a public beach. The pool and the view were amazing at night. It was especially close to everything – restaurants, markets. We were so happy we chose this hotel. The only regret is that we didn't stay longer.

Camera molto pulita, personale super accogliente e disponibile. Colazione molto buona, anche se mancava il caffè espresso. Piscina piccolina, ma molto carina

I prezzi che applicano sono maggiori rispetto a quelli bloccati con booking. Non sono onesti

Lo staff gentile, posizione ottima, struttura pulita, colazione buona

Cons:

Pagando con carta applicano un'aggiunta non giustificata. In sostanza sono stati poco seri e abbiamo pagato 90 euro in più rispetto al prezzo bloccato con booking. Nella ricevuta (di dubbia regolarità) è indicato il prezzo bloccato con booking. Insomma non sono onesti e questo ci ha infastidito parecchio.
