Nothing much in specific. The Location was good and other than that there isn’t any that we liked in general about this property.
1. Unfriendly Front desk team displaying certain amount of arrogance as well the Restaurant team who weren’t friendly or courteous to the guests.
2. Small Rooms considered to be STANDARD but advertised as Premium or a Suite. This property doesn’t even have any Suite category rooms as per their staff.
3. Small and filthy Bath room with NO Hot Water and without a Bath mat. Filthy Linen which can’t be used at all.
4. NO WiFi in the property.
5. Buffet Break fast doesn’t have any options - they had just Idli, Semaiya, Choco flakes, Dried Sandwiches and some Canned juice baring Amritsar Kulcha which was good.
6. Pathetic Private Car Parking : their basement where 7-8 cars can be parked is full of Pigeons and the Car was full of Bird droppings the next day. Interestingly, staff denied getting this cleaned up and ended up paying to get them cleaned. Pathetic.
7. Property pricing : Highly Over Priced for such rooms without any amenities. No cloth hangers, No Water Glasses, No Slippers …
The Room though they claim to be Premium was just OK and it is just a Standard room without much space a Premium room should have. Their Restaurant was good though with very limited Food options for Break fast. Location was good and had a Private free car parking.
1. The Front Desk staff especially the guy who is during the day shift - very unfriendly and arrogant. At the booking, had asked for actual room pics and these guys don’t even know their property had advertised Premium and Suite rooms in online portals. Actually those rooms are just the Standard and Deluxe rooms without much amenities and they had just advertised these normal rooms as Suite rooms.
2. Tiny congested Bath room without HOT Water !!!
3. NO Slippers though they claim to provide this in their Ad.
4. NO WiFi - inspite of demanding they didn’t provide till the time of check out. Poor Mobile network connectivity in that building causing hardships in accessing internet. Pathetic !!!!
5. Free Buffet Breakfast doesn’t offer much - had just a Idli, Semiyan, Dried Sandwich etc., only one good item was the Amritsar Kulcha rest all just ok without much options.
6. Though both the rooms were booked in the same name the front desk demanded Photo Id of all 4 of us though it isn’t mandatory by the State law - insisted stating Hotel Policy - never in my life will visit again to any of their Properties.
7. Rooms didn’t had any Cloth Hangers and upon asking thry provided Plastic hangers for both the rooms. To our surprise while check out they claimed Wooden cloth hangers were missing in the rooms !!!
8. One of the Rooms didn’t had Glass tumblers and we managed to drink water using the Cofee cups provided. Again they claimed during check out that these are missing in the rooms !!!
9. One of the rooms electronic Door bell and Do not disturb / Wake up system wasn’t working.
Nice ambiance and location with car parking
Everything was perfect. We highly recommend this stay in Amritsar. It is by far the best option both location wise and commodities wise. Everyone was lovely. We also had the chance to try the restaurant which was one of the best meals (if not the best) in Amritsar! The butter chicken and the brain dish were amazing!

Staff, Location
Cleanliness, didnot come for room cleaning even after asking.Remote hardly works . TV though flat screen was 21" . Too tough to watch from far . No window for ventilation only for a side view . Serving no purpose. Dampness on walls , AC thermostate was dirty , plugs were dirty , Cable TV receiver dirty. The bedsheets though clean had some black residue. Thankfully we carried disinfectant. Food was not up to mark considering it's Sandoz . This is not at all a 4 star property.
Location is very good, But for breakfast some more items of fruits and snacks can be added for options
Room space could be little more spacious, which I think not possible, for single person may be ok, but for two persons movement inside the rooms is challenging.

Stanze pulite, letto comodo, con una bellissima finestra, cosa non scontata in India. Doccia con spruzzi laterali e acqua sempre calda. Al ristorante si mangia bene e tutto il personale è molto gentile e disponibile. Vivamente consigliato!
Kind, conscientious, courteous staff. Very comfortable stay, perfect for a visit to the main attractions: Golden temple - stunning, and the devotional beauty of the faithful. Partition museum - a sobering and tragic lesson from history. Jallianwala Bagh - a difficult to comprehend part of British/Indian history.

The food, service and staff are really good and accommodative.
