Cons:

Cleanliness, didnot come for room cleaning even after asking.Remote hardly works . TV though flat screen was 21" . Too tough to watch from far . No window for ventilation only for a side view . Serving no purpose. Dampness on walls , AC thermostate was dirty , plugs were dirty , Cable TV receiver dirty. The bedsheets though clean had some black residue. Thankfully we carried disinfectant. Food was not up to mark considering it's Sandoz . This is not at all a 4 star property.

What I like most is the approach and attitude of GM, who is so humble and Generous.
Pros:

Location is very good, But for breakfast some more items of fruits and snacks can be added for options

Cons:

Room space could be little more spacious, which I think not possible, for single person may be ok, but for two persons movement inside the rooms is challenging.

Pros:

Stanze pulite, letto comodo, con una bellissima finestra, cosa non scontata in India. Doccia con spruzzi laterali e acqua sempre calda. Al ristorante si mangia bene e tutto il personale è molto gentile e disponibile. Vivamente consigliato!

Kind, conscientious, courteous staff. Very comfortable stay, perfect for a visit to the main attractions: Golden temple - stunning, and the devotional beauty of the faithful. Partition museum - a sobering and tragic lesson from history. Jallianwala Bagh - a difficult to comprehend part of British/Indian history.
