Great location.
Pros:

The location.

Cons:

The room had a very smoky smell. Whilst the bed & bathroom linen didn’t smell of smoke, the room itself had an odour. (We had been advised on checkin that property was fully booked, so knew a room change was unlikely).

Pros:

Very friendly welcome, we got a quite few infos about Burnie. Very new and modern hotel and thus rooms. Location is very convenient, walking distance to the city centre, the penguins are about 1.2km away. Plenty of onsite and free parking. Very quiet rooms.

Cons:

Nothing, everything was great. Well one small thing, would have been nice someone would have closed the curtains during the day, the air conditioning had to work quite a bit upon our arrival
