Pros:

We had a wonderful stay at One North Terrace in Burnie.The beachfront location was lovely, and our room was very neat, clean and comfortable. Both receptionists we met, at check-in and check-out, were friendly, welcoming and lovely to speak with. We arrived 15 minutes early, and the receptionist handled everything warmly and professionally, making us feel welcome straight away. The housekeeping team also deserves special appreciation for the excellent cleanliness throughout the room and bathroom. We loved our stay and really appreciated the care and hospitality from the staff. An excellent hotel that I would happily recommend to others.

Pros:

Great location, comfortable beds, good view, nice and quiet, great accommodation!

Cons:

No hot water - the staff on the counter informed us it was because the accomodation was at capacity and some people use more water than they should which resulted in us having a cold morning shower. Everything else was good though.
