Pros:

Зручне ліжко, чиста постіль, великий душ, гарно працює кондиціонер, є холодильник і велика шафа для зберігання речей.

Cons:

15-20 хв пішки до метро Академмістечко, а так як крім кафе і Новуса нічого не має, приходиться постійно їздити до метро Житомирська.

Pros:

Привітний персонал, є можливість заселитися швидше за додаткову оплату. Поряд є кафе, дуже смачно, і також привітний персонал. Тихо та спокійно, є вайфай, великий двір, на випадок, якщо у вас є машина. Також в номері був кондиціонер, який не може не радувати в таку спеку.

Зручне розташування.
Ціна - середнячок за свої кошти. Чисто переспати.
Є кафе на ьериторії - можна поїсти.
Є парковка.

Cons:

Шумоізоляція така собі.
За весь дріб'язок платити треба окремо (капці, зубна щітка) - але так краще, якщо ціна меншою буде.

Комфортно, чисто, зручне ліжко, чиста постіль. Мені було приємно бути тут! Щиро дякую співробітникам за доброзичливість! Забула 1 річ, мені її повернули. Щиро дякую за уважність!!!
