Atencion personal pésima y comida en restaurante poca cantidad y caro.

Nada en especial. Cuando la atención no es mínimamente correcta, ya lo demás no importa.

Cons:

La atención del personal. Muy antipáticos en general. La persona que nos atendió en el restaurante increíblemente estúpida, que fue la misma del desayuno. La paella que pedimos para 3 parecía para una persona de la poca cantidad y salada !!!! No volveremos !

Para estar como en casa 2.
Pros:

La cena de esa noche en el restaurante. Todo exquisito! Le trasladé a la camarera que diera felicitaciones al equipo de cocina. Recomiendo las Costillas y el Merengue de Maracuyá.

Cons:

Tuvo que haber algún problema con las calderas. El agua caliente en el baño no salía suficientemente caliente ese día. El anterior no tuve problema.

Para sentirse como en casa.
Pros:

La atención de la empleada que nos recibió y la amplitud de la habitación. Era como estar en casa.

Cons:

Ese día el personal de limpieza había dejado toallas y otra ropa blanca en el suelo justo al lado de nuestra habitación. Tuvimos que pedirles que lo retiraran. Parece que fue un descuido y nos pidieron disculpas.

Todo bien, menos mal el “parking privado“

Cons:

Escribí y llamé para pedir parking privado. Me dijeron que si, cuando me enviaron la información para entrar el domingo, no me explicaron el tema del parking, lo pregunté y me dejaron de responder. Supuse que podríamos entrar y cuando llegamos, no pudimos. Tuvimos que dejar la furgoneta con la moto afuera. Hubiese sabido esto y no reservaba aquí. Lo hice porque me aseguraron el parking privado.

Un hotel de compromiso para hacer noche en un largo viaje
Pros:

El trato de Génesis, la chica “para todo” que nos atendió. Simpática, agradable y con interès para que los huéspedes estén agusto. Lástima que tenga poca ayuda de otras personas.

Cons:

Su ubicación, en un polígono industrial alejado del casco urbano. Instalaciones un poco antiguas y mal conservadas.
