Falta de profesionalidad, empatia e información poco clara

La verdad que pocas cosas. Por poner algo positivo es un hostal/casona que está bastante bien conservada. La habitación es amplia y cuenta con aire acondicionado

Cons:

Sin duda es un lugar al que no volveremos y mucho menos recomendaremos. El personal es bastante seco y estúpido. Nos quisieron volver a cobrar la estancia y encima más caro (un error lo puede tener cualquiera) pero no fueron capaces ni de disculparse. El pasillo de acceso a la habitación olía un fuerte olor a meado. La habitación estaba pasable a pesar de que las sábanas estaban sucias y la cama no es nada cómoda.Ofertan que tienen parking y ni nos lo ofrecieron
Cuando preguntamos por él, la chica "super amable" (entiéndase la ironía) nos dice que no podemos meter el coche hasta las 12 de la noche porque ponen la terraza del bar cortando el acceso y es imposible utilizarlo. Por la noche bajamos a cenar a dicha terraza ya que el pueblo no queda muy cerca para ir andando y de paso hacíamos tiempo para meter el coche. Pués bien, eran las 12:45h AM y la terraza seguía puesta por lo que lo dejamos toda la noche en la calle. Además de eso, el trato fue horrible. Nos sirvieron a desgana. Para traernos los cafés tuvimos que reclamarlo varias veces. Nos lo trajeron casi después de tres cuartos de hora de haber terminado el segundo plato. No nos fuimos ni reclamamos porque, afortunadamente, solo íbamos a pasar una noche allí. Mira que hemos viajado a sitios y sitios humildes pero sin duda este es el peor al que hemos estado.

Pros:

Te aiee condicionat, admeten mascotes, si menges allà tot està boníssim, llit confortable

Cons:

Les escales de l'entrada, el personal, tot i ajudar, de primeres no es massa simpàtic, per un moment no vaig saber si estava de vacances o en un registre policial, pero sobretot que l'aire esta just a sobre el llit i et cau el fred a sobre

Buen trato y buena instalación
Pros:

Trato muy amable y cercano. Las habitaciones limpias y bien de instalación. El restaurante muy bueno y valorado en la zona. El personal muy majo y cercano. Repetiremos seguro. Y muy importante poder llevar a mis perros es un plus.
