Un séjour royal
Pros:

Le professionnalisme, l'accueil chaleureux, le personnel au petit soin, tout est fait pour passer un excellent séjour.

Cons:

Seul l'entretien de la route qui mène au château est à revoir.

Elegant classic beauty with a friendly staff—especially Julien.
Pros:

Gorgeous property. Julien was very patient and helpful with booking our train tickets. The junior suite was exceptional.

Cons:

Not much. Only the bed was a little hard for our tastes. But the extra quilt was delivered and that made all the difference.

Merveilleux et splendide.
Pros:

Lors de notre séjour, ce que nous avons aimé avec mon conjoint est la disponibilité du personnel et leur gentillesse lors de notre arrivée.
Nous avons particulièrement apprécié le fait d’être surclassé, dans une des chambres du château.
Le petit déjeuner était copieux, le personnel à notre écoute et au calme.

Cons:

La seule chose que nous avons le moins apprécié est la cuisine proposée dans le restaurant du château.

l'eleganza dell'ambiente, bellissimo il parco anche sotto la neve e la ricca colazione tuttavia il caffe, cappuccino, cioccolata ecc erano dispensati da una macchina automatico self service e non era neanche di qualità e poi: stante la presenza di mucche nella campagna circostante e della dovizia di yogurt e formaggi , perchè non mettere a disposizione del latte fresco ?

Cons:

spesso al piano terra uno sgradevole odore. Vista la lontananza dal centro di Montbazon avevamo prenotato ( dietro proposta mail struttura ) le quattro cene del nostro soggiorno nel ristorante , ma il menu che voleva essere raffinato, era limitatissimo e sempre lo stesso. Ci è stato spiegato che ciò era accaduto perchè lo chef era malato...il tutto molto caro.

We enjoyed the visit but the experience was spoilt by lack of maintenance and poor housekeeping.
Pros:

Beautiful property. Nice spa, great restaurant

Cons:

Heating in the bedroom was not working. Weather was sub-zero and only provided a small electric heater.
Should have moved us to a better room. Shower tray did not drain properly, conditioner bottle in the shower was broken. Very poor housekeeping for such a grand hotel.
