Pros:

Next to supermarket and close to public transport. Bed was comfy. There is aircon which works really well. Kitchen comes with amenities. Clean and tidy. WiFi worked well. Bathroom is modern

Cons:

Very hard to find on the street. Not clear where the door is. Once in the building not clear where the room is. Had to find the floor and go through multiple doors and stairs to fine it. It was one long room with two double beds. Bathroom very small. Window looks out to a brick wall. Bad pillows and stain on my sheet. Only one key between four people

Very spacious and clean studio in an ideal location. Great value for money.
Pros:

Very lovely studio flat in a nice location. Was clean and very spacious with all basic facilities we needed. Staff were friendly.

Cons:

Check- in experience was very brief. Could’ve been slightly longer and suggested who best to contact for any additional requirements. However, it was friendly and efficient which we liked.

Good location and clean and tidy
Pros:

Location was good, was clean and tidy. Had great welcome from Shalick who showed me into the property. He was very friendly and welcoming!

Cons:

Bed was a little too hard for me but that’s personal preference

Overall, we had a good stay at the property
Pros:

Location near to central London with varieties of transportation access, it also has lift for easy access to upper floor and air-cond

The pillow could have been thicker

Short walk to Hyde Park
Pros:

Not quite what we were expecting , but comfortable and confident.
Great that there was plates, mugs etc. also great sound proofing… no noise from the street

Pros:

The only positives are that the place was clean and the location is quite decent. However, what good is a room if you can't get any sleep for 3 days? I would not recommend staying here if you value your rest.

Cons:

We didn't have high expectations for our stay; we just wanted a clean bed to rest after a long day of exploring London. Unfortunately, we didn’t sleep a wink for 3 nights.
Throughout the entire night, there was a continuous, loud noise that sounded literally like someone constantly dumping buckets of water right next to us. It never stopped. On top of that, the beds were incredibly squeaky and uncomfortable, and the street noise made things even worse. Even though we were completely exhausted from walking all day, we couldn't rest at all.

Cons:

They were useless, left the blocked toilet worse than it was with poo stained towels everywhere. Extremely rude towards me and my young family felt uncomfortable and intimidated by them. They also have a sign to say flush only toilet paper down, but then complained to me for flushing toilet paper down!

I would highly recommend not using these as they haven’t got a clue how to handle customers

Pros:

Really enjoyed my stay here in London. The place was clean, comfortable, and in a good location. The staff were friendly and helpful during my stay. Would definitely come back again!

Pros:

Very basic but everything you need.
Location is close to train stations and a close enough walk to Hyde park and Oxford street.

Cons:

Hard to find. Staff made me wait on the street for a long time before they cane and got me.

Correct dans l'ensemble au vu des prix sur Londres .
Pros:

Bon emplacement dans l'ensemble, assez central , le supermarché proche de l'appartement . Les bus prochent de l'appartement pour accéder à tous les quartiers .
Le fait que toute la famille puisse dormir dans le même espace . La cuisine qui nous permettait de faire des repas le soir . Sécurité par le code et la porte coulissante au rez-de-chaussée . Nous n'entendions pas les voisins .

Cons:

La vue sur le mur de briques , le bruit toutes les nuits certainement provoqué par le Mac do qui nettoie et range par l'arrière . Il donnait sur l'appartement . Une séparation devrait être pensée entre les lits et l'espace cuisine . Petite Salle de bain quand on est 5 avec WC à l'intérieur , pas toujours pratique .
