Not enough glasses in the kitchen and no toilet paper in the bathroom

The furniture & bedding requires an upgrade as they are wobbly and worn. Kitchen requires more utensils. No cleaning service offered even though we stayed for 6 days. This meant we had to use the same towels and bedsheets for 6 days. Not willing to accommodate a late check out.

In fase di prenotazione avevamo chiesto una culla che chiaramente non è mai arrivata nonostante abbiamo sollecitato nuovamente all’arrivo. Inoltre le foto sono ingannevoli, abbiamo scelto questa struttura perché viaggiando con un bambino di un anno avevamo la necessità di un angolo cottura per preparare i pasti a lui, chiaramente l’appartamento scelto dalle foto aveva la cucina e sorpresa quando siamo arrivati ci siamo trovati una cameretta di circa 9 mq senza ovviamente la cucina. Abbiamo quindi scritto alla struttura e ci è stato risposto di arrangiarci con i ristoranti della via.

It is a very strange setting where former office space has been converted into a two bed unit with bath/kitchen. There is no window so the atmosphere is a shoebox enclosure. The exit door was replaced with a wood door that looked deficient. The office ceiling of 2 by 2 ceiling tiles was misaligned and several times drooped. Access process of waiting in front of McDonalds for a key access is a bit odd.

It was hard to find with no signage on the outside! We had to message for help as had no local knowledge of the area. It would be helpful to mention it’s literally the doorway between McDonalds & Waitrose as it would be easily found then.

No signage at door so was very confusing to find and initially thought we had been scammed
Street didn’t feel very safe, a lot of groups hanging around
Took over an hour and a half for a staff member to meet us with the keys despite 24 hours notice and continuous contact about our arrival time, we were left outside in 36 degree heat with bags

It was nothing like advertised

Very hard to find on the street. Not clear where the door is. Once in the building not clear where the room is. Had to find the floor and go through multiple doors and stairs to fine it. It was one long room with two double beds. Bathroom very small. Window looks out to a brick wall. Bad pillows and stain on my sheet. Only one key between four people

Check- in experience was very brief. Could’ve been slightly longer and suggested who best to contact for any additional requirements. However, it was friendly and efficient which we liked.

Bed was a little too hard for me but that’s personal preference

We didn't have high expectations for our stay; we just wanted a clean bed to rest after a long day of exploring London. Unfortunately, we didn’t sleep a wink for 3 nights.
Throughout the entire night, there was a continuous, loud noise that sounded literally like someone constantly dumping buckets of water right next to us. It never stopped. On top of that, the beds were incredibly squeaky and uncomfortable, and the street noise made things even worse. Even though we were completely exhausted from walking all day, we couldn't rest at all.
