This was one of the worst experiences I’ve had with accommodation.

The room was freezing due to a defective window that would not close, with clear gaps letting cold air in. Heating was ineffective—we had to wear jackets inside. The window also could not be properly locked, which is a serious safety concern.

Staff initially confirmed the window needed replacement and could not be fixed, yet later claimed the issue was “resolved,” which was not accurate.

We were travelling with three children, including a 1-year-old baby. The room was unsafe and uninhabitable. After waiting late into the night with no real help, we were forced to leave and find another hotel.

To make things worse, the property denied the issue and refused any refund despite clear evidence. Booking.com support has also been disappointing so far.

Completely unacceptable. Avoid.

Sofa bed wasn’t to comfortable, extra pillows would be good positive otherwise had everything you needed

Check in meant having to call someone half an hour before arrival which, while navigating the underground, isn’t the easiest to judge or find signal to do. We managed this but still ended up standing out on a very cold and windy street for a while waiting to be shown inside.
Once inside, the agent noticed that no bedding had been left for the sofa bed (we booked as a family of 3) and said some would be sent up. When we returned from our evening out we opened up the sofa bed to make it (it hadn’t been made, would have been a nice touch but no big deal) and saw there were crumbs and dust in the crease, not ideal but again, not a huge thing. But then we made up the sofa bed and realised no pillow had been left. There were no spares in the property either, we only had one thin pillow each on the double bed. I contacted the property, not expecting anything as it was late but they responded and said they’d get one to us. We waited up for this to happen and eventually message them back and said we needed to go to sleep at which point they said they couldn’t send anyone that night anyway. My husband had to use a folded up towel as a pillow so our daughter could use one of ours.
Had this been the only problem it would have been annoying but a forgivable oversight, but the building is SO noisy! We barely slept due to the sounds of extractor fans and various other humming and banging (not from our apartment as we turned everything off), the pictures were a little deceptive about the space and the kitchen area was not great. We had to wash up in the bathroom sink and weren’t left any cleaning products except for some washing up liquid so I washed up with just my hands.

This is not a fault of the property (except for soundproofing issues) but if the girls staying at the same time as us who came back at 4am having a blazing row for the best part of an hour see this - you’re very selfish and need to grow up.

No custodiaban equipaje

Una de las tuberías del baño tenía una perdida de agua y teníamos el baño encharcado, no obstante, el mismo día que notifique la avería lo arreglaron.
La limpieza no era lo mejor, pero tampoco estaba mal, algunos utensilios de la cocina estaban sucios.
Y la cisterna sonaba un montón.

El agua caliente no estaba funcionando bien, o la presión del agua en la ducha no era buena. Considero que deben pintar o arreglar las paredes porque suelen estar sucias.

El suelo estaba sucio en algunos sitios

Muchas cosas podrían haber sido mejor:
1. El anfitrión nos tuvo más de 45 minutos esperando en la lluvia para venir a darnos la llave. OJO: LA llave, porque no había más que una.
2. Las ventanas del apartamento no cerraban
3. El barrio era de un ambiente extraño, no inspira mucha tranquilidad.
4. Hay locales, como supermercados o McDonalds en las inmediaciones, lo que, junto con que las ventanas no cerraban, hacían que pasada cierta hora, los ruidos fueran constantes.
5. No hay ascensor en el edificio
6. Las imagenes son algo engañosas. Las "vistas" desde nuestra ventana eran a un muro. Las camas si que eran como se anunciaban.
