Pros:

The hotel was clean and the staff was friendly. The location is excellent

Cons:

The rooms were cramped. There was no table to eat at and no chairs to sit in so forced to do so on the beds.

Pros:

Great place to stay, especially before doctor visits & surgery at nearby hospitals. So many quality restaurants to choose from plus EXCELLENT Georgian food (as in the country) on Sundays. Breakfast is superb. (I recommend the fruit bowl.) I’ve stayed at the Iris close to a dozen times and will be going back.

Service, from reception to housekeeping all were helpful and nothing was a problem.
Pros:

Clean, fresh, great beds and facilities.

Cons:

Nothing major, maybe a few teas and room service menu. A club sandwich instead of meals and sides.

Great Hotel close to Fenway
Pros:

The hotel is in a quiet location with easy valet parking available. The receptionsits were friendly, accomodating and efficient. The room was clean, updated and comfortable. Overall the hotel is quiet. An added bonus is the purple iris theme throughout.

Cons:

We had breakfast in the restaurant that was not good. The service was extremely slow to the point it felt like no one was working the room. It took a long time to get coffee and once someone took our order it was another 45 minutes to receive basic eggs. The other patrons were visibly/audibly upset with the delays and lack of service which killed the dining vibe. I recommend going out for breakfast as this was a waste of time and money. The staff acted like they were doing the patrons a favor by bringing out the food. So bizarre for a restaurant to provide lackadaiscal service and food.

Pros:

The IRIS was a nice hotel in a nice location in the heart of Brookline. It is easy access to the center of the city on the tram and Brookline itself is very quaint. The staff were very friendly and accommodating, agreeing with our request to change room type as the arrangement did not quite work for us in the original two bedroom suite. The rooms were clean and the beds were comfy as well.

Cons:

Unfortunately the kitchen/restaurant seemed deserted most of the time and this really put us off going there and the bar was also deserted and closed most of the time which was a shame. The decor in the hotel is also just a little garish and bizarre but I guess this is just more of a preference thing.

Location, friendly and helpful staff. Night front desk person very helpful and quick to resolve difficulty.

Cons:

Had to call someone in regarding tv not working, someone had to fix nightlight one side of bed.

Pros:

Do conjunto: funcionários competentes e profissionais, sem perder a delicadeza no trato conosco. Excelentes instalações: quarto com fogão, geladeira e microondas. Super indicado para famílias que gostam de preparar suas refeições. Camas confortáveis. Banheiro limpo e com chuveiro delicioso. Super indicamos.
