The staff here is beyond amazing! So caring and lovely! And the restaurant is excellent, so much care and attention given to the food, which was delicious!
We stayed in a deluxe suite. Yhe room was spacious. Housekeeping was excellent and the staff very friendly and helpful.

לא אהבנו את שיטת ה vallet להחניית הרכב. כלמדבר שרצינו לקחת ו/או להחזיר לרכב דרשה התערבות של הצוות.
Good location
Some of the staff were indifferent and disheveled. Not helpful even to check out. Weird.
Room and its comfort. Location was perfect for us.
Price too high. Water pressure too low. Elevators are not up to the standard expected from such a pricey hotel.

la ubicacion es muy buena. En Coolidge Corner a dos cuadras de la Green line que te lleva a Boston. El hotel muy bien mantenido, la habitación confortable y muy limpia. Buenas camas y almohadas. Buena ducha
El desayuno no me gustó. Era a la carta y con opciones poco saludables. Y la habitación tiene microondas y heladera pero sin vajilla ni cubiertos. tuve que insistir bastante para que me mandaran dos platos y dos pares de cubiertos.

La habitación tenía y fue uno de los motivos de mi elección cocina pero tenias que pedir cualquier utensillo plato taza etc por teléfono coso que me resultó muy incomoda.
Location great especially for the marathon. Room comfortable and clean.
The breakfast was the worst part of the stay. Breakfast was included in our rate but it was terrible -poor choice and terrible service I would never book breakfast there again
Difficult to get room cleaned - very slow
Très bel hôtel ! Notre chambre était spacieuse et très confortable. Lumineuse. Nous avions un lit king size avec un matelas de très bonne qualité. L'hôtel est idéalement situé très proche des transports en commun et des commerces, dans un quartier agréable. Le personnel est avenant et disponible. Nous recommandons ! Si nous retournons à Boston, nous opterons à nouveau pour cet Hôtel!
Nous avions une kitchenette fonctionnelle, avec un grand frigidaire et un grand micro ondes qui faisait aussi grill. Seul petit bémol, les placards étaient vides, non équipés en assiettes, verres, couverts etc...nous avons dû les demander.
