Cons:

I was assigned a room designed for guests with disabilities (which I did not request). The shower has no enclosed cabin and no curtain to prevent water from spreading. I asked to change rooms, but there was no availability.

Godt værelse på pænt hotel, larm fra gaden om morgenen, skuffende morgenmad
Pros:

Stort værelse med gode senge og pænt badeværelse.
Ligger nær den grønne toglinje, så det er nemt at komme ind til byen.

Cons:

Larm fra bakkende lastbiler på gaden hver morgen fra kl. 6, så man vågnede af det. Savnede bedre lydisolering.
Morgenmaden havde meget få retter at vælge imellem, og man kunne kun få én ret og én drikkevare i den forhåndsbetalte morgenmad.

Rude and unprofessional, owe me money and never reimbursed me.
Cons:

We had a very upsetting stay here. We ordered an important package to the hotel, made sure to time the arrival for dates that we were staying, and called the hotel in advance to let them know we were arriving later than we had noted in our original booking. When we arrived, I asked for the package and they claimed to not be able to find it, though I knew it had been delivered from the sender. The next day, they confessed that they read our booking wrong and sent the package back.
The manager, Brian, promised he would get the package back for us and send it on to our next address. But he never did, and he's ignoring my emails. I can't get refunded for it because the seller knew it was properly delivered and it never actually got returned to them. I'm starting to think the receptionist just took it for herself or something... And the Iris hotel didn't reimburse me for the value of the package, and won't even answer me now. So essentially the Iris hotel just stole my package and my money, and I guess made false promises just to get me to leave the hotel without them taking care of the issue.
So I urge you - don't stay here. They are so rude and unprofessional. If you value your existing belongings and anything new you want to order, you really can't trust that your stuff will be safe here. And if you need something taken care of by management? Well good luck to you. They'll literally just ignore you.

Pros:

Posted my daughter going to college in Boston. The Iris will now be our home base when visiting a bunch more times
Pros:

The hotel and location and room were awesome. Staff awesome.

Cons:

Only one issue: The negative was the spa experience. And lack of sheets to cover your body. And massage itself. And the cost for a bad experience.

I am still coming back. Just not experience the spa again.
